The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free hot water and tea 24 hours. It is located in the city centre but quiet at night. Good for the value.

Ñice place, very comfy bed, breakfast was included with the room ☺️, totally a bargain for what I paid. I ended up missing the breakfast due to the fact that the mattress was so comfortable that I ended up to oversleep. The people at the reception were kind and understanding as I checked out 30min later. Very good hotel 🙏🏼.

I got upgraded from an economy to a standard room on the 4th level with a great view of Pagos Hill and Kadifekale Castle. Situated in a local neighghborhood that come across as being dodgy but was in fact rather save. It's a 5 minutes walk Basmane station to get to Izmir I +- 1 hour,v Pammukale +-3 hours and to the airport 20minutes. The room was clean albeit small and a buffet breakfast of assorted breads, hard boiled eggs , olives, tomatoes , cucumbers, cheeses along with jams and honey was good enough kick off the day with tea and coffee included. It's also walking distance to the Agora Open Air Museum and the Kemeraltı Bazaar. I had a comfortable stay here and as a solo budget traveller, the Olimpiyat serves my purpose. I was given a small gift when I checked out which was indeed a pleasant surprise.

Service was great! My bus arrived really early and they were under no obligation to do so but they let me check in early anyways. Thank you! Breakfast was provided, location was really great and close to everything but I do agree that the vibe at night isnt really the best but there are heaps of hotels nearby so I think thats just the norm. Room was very nice for the price.

Hotel is in center of the city near to metro and train stations. The workers are very friendly and helpful.

I am grateful to the hotel administrators for the opportunity to stay! I liked it all very much! The location is excellent - near Agora, the train station, everything is close. The room is very nice, with a good view, you can watch the sunrise from the window. Everything in the room is clean. The price is very reasonable for the location. Breakfast is wonderful! Thank you very much for your hospitality and I wish you many good guests!☀️

We were looking for a room just to sleep in and that was fine for us. The staff was super friendly and the room was a nice size. It's very good for the price.

Frankly speaking, the hotel hardware is not very good, but this is a common phenomenon in this place. If you can find a more cost-effective one online, I will give it to you. No one is perfect. Its advantages: the owner is nice, the breakfast is OK, the location is good, and the bed is OK. Although hotel services are not easy to find in this city, most ordinary people are very friendly.

A terrible, dirty, cigarette-smelling, ugly hotel. There isn't even an iron in the hotel, the linens are filthy. We only wanted to use it for sleeping, but even then it was an unbearable place. I do not recommend it.

Overall, the inside is not bad considering the cost. But as night falls on the street, old-timers show the local “culture” of the ghetto.
