It's a very nice and cozy apartment that ensures you everything you need for a really good one-night stay. Everything was well managed and all the staff was ready to help in every one moment. There's a big room and a kitchenette, equipped with all necessary utensils. The beds are big and good for sleep, the bathroom is small but quite comfortable. We felt welcome and were treated like dear friends. The breakfast was the traditional Turkish one that we like: soft bread, butter, olives, boiled egg, tomatoes, cucmbers, cheese, jam, honey, simid /traditional Turkish pretzel/ and turkish tea. Thanks a lot to all the staff that was so kind to us!

This hotel has some positive points. The staff are friendly and very helpful with a lot of support from google-translate. The gym/pool is 5-star That’s about it. The appearance in the public areas and hallways is shabby. There is a tremendous shortage of lightbulbs - darkness rules everywhere, in the public areas, hallways, bedrooms, even in the bathroom. The rooms are large and empty. The bed/mattress is possibly the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced - like sleeping on a barely padded wooden box. The a/c offers two options: hot or hotter. And the window opens less than a hands width, so welcome to the sauna (in December!!) Breakfast is ok - below average for Turkey. WiFi is not user-friendly, requiring repeated sign-in and is very slow. The mini-bar fridge is no match for the intensity of the heat in the room - if you leave your bottled water in the fridge all day it comes out slightly cooled. The bathroom facilities and toiletries and accessories and towels are good Location overlooking a metro station - good for convenience, but a little noisy at times, especially considering that closing the window is out of the question. Elevators ok

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. Thank you to Maja, and to all the professional staff at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park!

The hotel was stylish and beautiful, it had good night lighting. The inside of the rooms, the corridor and the lobby were very stylish and with a good design. Check-in and check-out were done quickly. The quality level of the hotel was very high and it was a real five-star hotel. It had several pools and thermal pools that we could not use due to time constraints. There were good restaurants near the hotel. The only drawback of the hotel was the location of the hotel, which was located at the entrance of Izmir, and it was far from the center of Izmir and other sightseeing areas of Izmir, so you had to travel by taxi. In addition, the free shuttle to the city center and the airport had been removed for a long time. There was a very large hypermarket in the business center next to the hotel. In general, the hotel was very luxurious and excellent.
