"I had the pleasure of staying at Seagull Hotel for 1 night, and it was ok. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring my check-in process was quick and smooth. It’s clear that they maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
The hotel’s amenities were excellent. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to a shopping mall.
What stood out most was the friendly and professional service from the hotel staff."
"I found a hot spring hotel in Osaka ♨️ Located in the authentic hot spring of Izumisano Inunakiyama, it is very quiet on the mountain, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is not far from Osaka Kansai Airport, about 30 minutes away, take a taxi or bus to the subway station. There are many types of rooms, one night and two meals. You can enjoy the mountain scenery while soaking in the hot spring. The hot spring is surrounded by waterfalls, which is so beautiful. I had a great stay experience."
"Just booked a 4-person room * 2 rooms, just the whole area is independent, Izumi Sano walks for about 5 minutes, there is a supermarket next to it is very convenient, suitable for the next morning flight, the fly in the ointment is that the platform does not forward the host's upload passport information (should be to prevent crime), As a result, I almost couldn't check in smoothly. There is a QR code of LINE at the door of the good insurance accommodation. You can immediately contact the host and reply to the supplementary information immediately to give the check-in method. As a result, I didn't enter the street, I was at home, and if I hadn't received the information of the host's mailbox before check-in. Be sure to confirm with the platform or scan the QR code on the spot early to scan the information of the accommodation, otherwise unless you will make a Japanese call, the host itself is also Chinese, and it is very comfortable to spend one night because of the smooth stay in the end, so give 95 points. Thank you"

"For this apartment, the most impressed is the landlord. We may have three or four apartments in Japan. This is the only landlord we met who can speak Chinese, and the Chinese is quite slippery, so there is no communication. What a big obstacle, it is also very pleasant to get along with. It is a relatively comfortable and satisfying check-in experience. If it is not because the travel plan is arranged in advance, I really want to stay here for a while before leaving."
"It's a little far from the subway station, maybe 14 minutes? But you can cross the road to the sea. There is a big Family Mart downstairs. If you book through Ctrip, the phone number is garbled. Remember to check the reservation code in the email when you check in.
The room is not big, but it can fit two 28-inch suitcases (which will block the way) and there is a small compartment for the suitcase P4. It feels that there are more local tourists when checking in, and breakfast coupons are given! Thank you!"
"Hotel manager and rest of personnel were extremely kind and made big efforts to please my requests like serving Continental breakfast and booking taxis. Food was really good, fresh and a lot of thought was put into serving different plates in each dinner with loads of seafood and fish.
I would certainly return to this hotel."
"The room is clean and tidy, no need to comment! I was lucky enough to see the owner personally serving, which was very touching! We had five suitcases for two people 🧳 The boss drove the car to load and unload the luggage himself! It made people feel warm and beautiful! The hot springs are also great! The toiletries are especially great! I also bought their lotion and toiletries set in the store! Super recommended! Where will I stay next time! 👍"
"I didn't book breakfast, but I made an appointment for a breakfast when I checked in. It was a set meal, which was very good. The picture was taken by the window while eating breakfast. It was really great. There was Chinese service. There was also a single-family house and a small courtyard. It was so good... The distance was not a problem. I could walk over and have a look. I highly recommend it."

Very Good
PPhadungratThe best hotel of my trip in Osaka! I need a room near the airport before my next morning flight. So, I've book here due to close to the train station.
But is was better than I've expected, the building is connected to the train station, I can walk through the way out to the building and also cross to the Rinku town.
The room was clean and has a very nice view. And they have a free shuttle but to the Airport, too . Love it!
RReneVery nice and clean hotel. Its not the newest, but the cleanness of the hotel just amazes me. Especially when there are so many Chinese guests which usually leave a big mess after checkout, gota respect the professionalism of the cleaning team.
The breakfast is also good, simple, nothing fancy, but was good breakfast.
The only issue was there are a lot of Chinese tourists and they do get very loud at breakfast. Hard to have some ”quiet time” during early breakfast.
There is also a airport shuttle which save you A LOT of time!
SSuhyunThe best hotel for the early flight riders. They even offer pajamas which is perfect. Unlike other capsules, you can even stand up on the bed haha
GguanboThe location is very convenient for my family, when we drive here, and the parking lot is just opposite the hotel, and also there is a restaurant besides the entrance of the hotel. The room is really good and super enough space for my whole family members, especially for my kids, they do really play happily in the room. You can find a free drinking bar at the second floor. There are whiskey coffee and juice.
Last,be careful of the washing room water tap is not easy to control. My kids wakes up at 6:30 around, the reason is there’s no curtains to block the sunlight,so bright to sleep.I need darkness always when I want to sleep.
LLittle Forest Studio ManagementThe facility itself is decent, especially the public bath. However, as an airport hotel, I believe the most crucial aspect is a reliable shuttle service. The hotel explicitly states in its description that it offers a free shuttle, which was the main reason we chose to book it. However, upon check-in, we discovered that the shuttle service only operates before 11 AM, runs just once per hour, and has very limited capacity. By the time we arrived, all available slots were fully booked, leaving us with no choice but to either take a train or a taxi to the airport the next day. A taxi costs around 5,000 yen, while taking the train requires a walk of over 10 minutes to Terminal 1—both of which are incredibly frustrating and inconvenient for an airport hotel. I would not recommend staying here at all. Additionally, compared to other OMO hotels we have stayed at, this one feels noticeably lower in quality.
AAnonymous UserThis is a return stay, and I appreciated a quiet room that didn’t face the main road. Stay was comfortable in a spacious room, used the hot bath and had a decent breakfast there too.
AASFARStargate hotel is fantastic with its location and access to several things for example rinku town premium outlets, nearby supermarkets including 24hr trial supermarket and train station which is so convenient to go other places like namba, Nara and more.. the hotel staff and room facilities are excellent. I would only like to suggest if they can improve on their check-in time from 3pm to earlier like 12-1pm it will be great. Over all wonderful experience. Thank you stargate.👍
JJohn.HoWe chose this hotel for our late-night arrival at Osaka Kansai Airport, and it did not disappoint. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by two adorable dinosaur robots, which added a fun touch to our experience. The self-check-in process was efficient and smooth. Our room offered a stunning sea view, making our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen was fantastic, although I do wish it had longer operating hours, as it closed at midnight. The buffet breakfast was delightful, complemented by the beautiful ocean view. Overall, we had a wonderful stay even though the hotel is not near any train station! The taxi fare from Osaka kansai airport at 11pm was about 40 usd! Attached photos of ocean view from hotel room and breakfast buffet
AAnonymous UserGreat Room Size but Disturbed by Wind Noise
I stayed at a hotel in Rinku before my flight from Kansai International Airport (KIX) and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a twin room. This room was significantly larger than the one I had booked, and in fact, it was the most spacious room I encountered during my entire stay in Japan. The room was clean, and I appreciated the extra space.
However, my experience was overshadowed by the intense wind noise throughout the night. The sound was so loud that I initially thought someone was rolling their suitcase in the hallway during the midnight hours. It turned out to be just the wind, but it was loud enough to keep me awake. I even asked the receptionist to check the noise, as I was uneasy and initially thought it might be something supernatural. The staff was kind and helpful in addressing my concerns.
While the location is convenient for an early flight, it’s not particularly close to the station, which might be a consideration for travelers relying on public transport. Overall, the hotel is decent, with excellent room size and helpful staff, but the wind noise detracted from my comfort.
JJoe SnuffyThe room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.
