"I felt that I was treated differently as a local Malaysian guest. It seemed that foreign guests received noticeably better attention and service.
During my 6 days and 5 nights stay, I only had breakfast once, even though it was included in my room package. Unfortunately, that experience was disappointing. When I asked for an omelette, I was not acknowledged at all, while foreign guests received prompt and attentive service.
During check-out, the receptionist did not even say “thank you.” For management’s reference, you may verify this through the CCTV footage if needed. I admit I said “cepat sikit,” and perhaps she was unhappy with that, but that should not be a reason to withhold basic courtesy.
I paid around RM5,000 for the room and I expected a higher level of service and hospitality throughout my stay. Room 1218 ( 29/10 - 3/11)
