"Staff was top notch! Everyone was so attentive and helpful! We got the airport shuttle service 2x (pick-up/drop-off) and it was stellar service. Laundry service (for extra fee) is also a big plus, our clothes were fresh and perfectly perfumed and packaged. Breakfast was very good and they even provided us some delicious takeaway sandwiches for our mega early flight in the morning. We had an upgrade the first night for free to try a room with a balcony. Both the upgraded room and our originally booked room were cozy, clean and comfortable, with a great air conditioning to escape the crazy Hanoi heat. The hotel also has motorcycles to rent for 10€ a day, which was super convenient. Overall great experience, would highly recommend for anyone going to Hanoi."

"The location is fantastic, within walking distance to many attractions and shopping streets, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room is comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping staff even mops the floor thoroughly every day. Upon arrival, there are welcome fruits and drinks while waiting for check-in. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is excellent. They also solicit feedback and suggestions during breakfast and upon departure. If I visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here."

"The cleanliness i would say its clean around the room but there are some spot in the corner around the bed are dirty but the room is pretty nice overall its big we've booked the vip one,the location is easy to find"

"The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs, and other establishments. Life is bustling on the narrow streets of Hanoi. I loved everything! The breakfasts were good."

"Location in west lake, not near but a view from window catch your relaxing attention. Simple and easy swimming pool, fitness center exactly go to my need. A really nice restaurant provides good breakfast, mini bar which gets a hand made latte, coffee shows the best greeting. Happy hour is ok but not good, you need to buy one get one. I really heartedly recommend for one time free for guests enjoying happy hour cocktail. Over all, I will come back to choose there again"

My husband and I travel quite frequently, and we can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, every detail felt thoughtful, warm, and genuinely exceptional. We initially booked the Grand Suite for 3 days and 2 nights before heading off on a Ha Long Bay cruise, then returned to Classyc for the remainder of our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with cold towels, welcome drinks, and snacks—such a refreshing and thoughtful touch after traveling. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond. Arthur personally escorted us to our room and even checked in with us later that evening via message to ensure everything was perfect. We were also welcomed with chocolates in the room, which made the experience feel even more personal. It’s the little touches that truly set this hotel apart. We received complimentary wine vouchers, spa discounts, and consistently warm, attentive service at every interaction. When we returned from Ha Long Bay, it genuinely felt like we were coming home. Walking into our new room to find a heart-shaped chocolate mousse cake and a handwritten welcome-back note from the team was such a thoughtful and memorable surprise There was also a moment that really reflected the hotel’s integrity and commitment to guest satisfaction. We had booked a signature spa package, not realizing it wasn’t included in the 20% discount promotion. While we didn’t raise any concerns, the staff proactively followed up the next day at breakfast, apologized for the confusion, and extended the discount to us anyway. We were genuinely touched by this gesture—it spoke volumes about how much they care about their guests’ experience. On our final day, we had some time to spare before our flight. After exploring the city, we returned to the hotel and the staff kindly offered us access to the spa facilities so we could freshen up before heading to the airport—an incredibly thoughtful and appreciated gesture. They also arranged a luxury transfer for us, complete with comfortable seats and even a massage function, which made the journey that much more enjoyable! As we were leaving, one of the staff members surprised us with a beautiful ceramic wind chime symbolizing positive energy and good luck. It was such a meaningful and heartfelt farewell, and a perfect end to an already unforgettable stay. A few additional highlights worth mentioning: - A great breakfast spread with plenty of variety - A lovely rooftop pool area to unwind - Reno Bar downstairs, which became one of our favorite spots in Hanoi—fantastic cocktails, delicious bar snacks, a cool retro vibe, and great music. During our visit with some friends they even surprised us with a complimentary tray of shots! Classyc is more than just a hotel—it’s an experience defined by genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and heartfelt service. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Hanoi, just so we can stay here again!"

"This was one of the most comfortable accommodations I stayed at during this trip. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The amenities were also fully equipped, making it very convenient for a relaxing stay. What particularly impressed me was that the friendly and enthusiastic staff were always willing to help guests. Additionally, the hotel is close to the entertainment district, making it very convenient for families or groups of friends to explore the surrounding area.
