Do.. Services, - OK Food : Excellent. Ground staff ;-cooperative. Nizam very nice person for giving good information about the area and area Don't.. Cleaning at out side :- Not good CAP too far away

Overall ambience of haveli and room was good. Staff were obedient but not proactive in keeping basic room amenities like milk powder, toilet paper without instruction. Night dinner was extremely good. Raees khan was very courteous and managed food and other requirement very well. However, poha in breakfast was not having any peanuts. Breakfast hrs were also adjusted according to our schedule.

I must say i am very pleased with the quality of rooms the property offers. My room was spacious to accommodate 4 people easily. Staff is very courteous and helping. Specially nizam was supportive during the entire stay. Morning breakfast was ok. Would recommend this for a pleasant stay.

It was my first visit to Jaisalmer and I felt extremely happy to stay here. Rooms were very clean and interior of the room was giving the royal feeling of Rajasthan Staff of the hotel was very much well behaved and specially the owner of the hotel was very much helpful in taking special care of my childrens I advise to stay here if you are planning to visit Jaisalmer

It was a pleasant and a short stay, with great hospitality from nizam, we had a late check in and headed for a roof top dinner. Food was good, rooms were and clean and good, the hotelier was really thoughtful to give signage in rooms to educate the non educated ones. Appreciate it. In all a very good hotel and pleasant stay. Recommended

The hotel is really neat, tidy and clean. The staff is friendly, polite and humble. The roof top restaurant was amazing. It offered delicious and tasty food. They will cook food as per your requirements. Child friendly atmosphere. One of the staff member named Nizam had really taken good care of my family. Best and cozy place to stay in Jaisalmer.

It was a good stay for one night. We checked-in after 6pm, the hotel is in quiet location. The room was good & staff is polite.
