AAnonymous UserThe service is overwhelming in this hotel, they always very kind, helpful for our traveller. The front desk also very helpful that help me to solve when I out of cash but I need to pay the ehailing fee. They always having a smiling face to every customer. The room also been upgraded for us. The city view in the room is breathtaking so I would strongly recommend this hotel again.

AAABalceThe day here was outstanding. Super fast check-in thanks to Alung, who was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The staff were all very friendly and quick to help out, especially the cleaning services. The bathtub was a bit narrow in width but shower pressure was great and the bed was amazingly comfy. Would happily stay here again when visiting Jakarta!

GGuest UserWe did’n like the scent of the air freshener used in the room which is lemongrass scented. It smells sour taste and not fresh feeling.
Even the bodywash shampoo conditioner and handwash are lemongrass based too. And doesnt smell as fresh and delicate as the usual 5 star hotel. Quite disapointing.

However when I was there the hotel was going through renovations for their lobby cafe, this breakfast was at one of the function room. Breakfast selections are not that fancy but sufficient. Got a room with balcony for me.

Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room).
Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved.
For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there.
breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

Jjames setiawanHave stayed at this hotel twice. Always satisfied with our stay. Friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. The onsen facility is what keeps us coming back to this hotel. One of the facilities that we think is really worth visiting. The food at the restaurant is also quite varied with a pretty good taste. Thank you Kuretakeso. We will be back again.

GGuest UserNice design and basic room. Nothing much around the vicinity of the hotel even though it is in Dharmawangsa . . unfortunately the wrong side!
So if you are looking for cafes, bars, eateries around the hotel better not stay here. This hotel is attached to a convention hall which I believe is popular for weddings. So could be crowded and noisy if there is a wedding or event going on. Breakfast was pretty good and affordable. Service overall is very good . . all the staff try to make the guests happy.
The cafe food is ok if you stick to the standard Indonesian cuisine. We tried the Tom Yam Goong Soup and it was totally not right! But in all fairness the F&B manager did not charge us for it after we gave him the feedback.
Will probably stay again if we have meetings that way.

BBIN SAIMFirst stay here. Check in was fast, staff friendly. Broke my glasses earlier and they recommended me an express optics shop around the corner.
Room size was ok, not too big. Strong hot shower with a bidet. Bed was comfortable but the pillow was too hard for me. Got a stiff neck the next morning. Swimming pool was big enough but more for the kids. Walking distance to sawah besar station and many food choice around. Will be back.

Room Quality:

The room was clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed with practical touches like a comfortable work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and an excellent mattress that provided restful sleep. Although not large, the space was cleverly utilized, and the city views added a nice urban charm. Amenities like complimentary bottled water, a coffee maker, and a spacious bathroom with quality toiletries were appreciated.
Facilities:
While the property is more business-focused and compact compared to larger luxury hotels, it still offers everything essential for a pleasant stay. The fitness center was small but well-equipped with modern machines, ideal for a quick workout. There is also a stylish restaurant and a cozy bar area perfect for unwinding after a day in the city.

Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was impressive, featuring a good spread of both Indonesian and Western options. Everything was fresh and replenished frequently.
