The hotel equipment is so bad that it took three days to repair something. Several sockets were out of power and the smell was very strong. The person who answered the phone at reception was also very unprofessional. The only good thing is that Manfuj is a nice person and even lent me money because the taxi couldn't find any money. Really great people. There was another guy whose name I forgot, who was also very nice. Give me money in exchange. The manager of the restaurant was also very nice and cooked noodles for us.

The service attitude is too general. If the attitude of the younger brother who cleans the room is good, he will directly complain to the platform. It is a new hotel in a good location the front service is good but you have to find the personnel available to speak English I visit it for business in the month of Ramadan, for Westerners it is not friendly since the kitchen is closed and you can not eat anything in 14 hrs! So be prepare!! no room service! the rooms are very good in space and has a small kitchen however it does not have a single glass, dish, or kitchen items so the kitchen is totally useless, the fridge is really small and is not enough for mire than 2/3 days grossers the air conditioning only cooled the livingroom and not the bedroom, the bathroom had water leaks under the tub ... they have many areas of opportunity to improve... a little above average in prince considering the things mentioned

The location is fantastic, the service is excellent, the hygiene is fantastic, and the most remarkable thing about the wonderful staff is that you feel at home and welcome you all the time. I asked for a room change, and indeed, brother Ahmed and brother Omar were brought in all the distinguished, and the rest I didn't know their names, thank you for them, the room is beautiful, bedside, TV channels are counted, the balcony is very large, beautiful, and that's my love secret to the Sweet Primeum kitchen is complete, all its full tools. Coffee and tea are free, I'll go back to my house with a bascot, so God will soon. Also, the swimming pool is excellent, the restaurant for breakfast is diverse and delicious.

The hotel is in a fairly decent location with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Like most places in Jeddah you have to drive to them so anything beyond a block away and you’ll need an Uber. Beware that there’s two entrances, one up a ramp to the main reception area and another off a side street. The room was lovely, the shower in our room hadn’t been used for a while so it spluttered upon first use but the shower gel was lovely. Unfortunately the Cleaning staff did not replenish items such as tea or creamer after the first night meaning I didn’t get to have my morning cuppa, which for a 5* hotel you’d expect, without having to ask.
