Best Western Sevierville/Kodak Inn

This hotel looks a little worn. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced, but my room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was large. It had a television, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and a refrigerator. There were complimentary toiletries and the towels were well stocked. There was no noise at all. I slept well and felt safe. The door had double locks. The air conditioning worked well. Check in was fast and easy and the gentleman working was very friendly. The indoor pool was large and very clean. There was also a fitness room that seemed well equipped. The free breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, toast, pastries, and boiled eggs. Not a huge variety but I got full and it was free. The vending machines have a good variety and were well stocked. I was surprised that there is no hair dryer in the room. I had to run to the store to buy one. I stayed here on a work trip. I would definitely stay here again. Overall I was very satisfied. The room is extremely no frills with an older feel to it, but I was not there to stay in the room. I was provided a very clean and safe place to sleep, I was treated well, and spoiled a little with a clean, warm indoor pool and free waffles for breakfast. I rested well in a comfortable bed with no noise or distractions. I am a happy customer!

Would not stay here again. Tv didnt work and room keys tried 3 times then just switched are room. Picture are better than it really is

I was pleased with checkin and how friendly staff was, I wasn't pleased with how muggy the room would get. No matter what we tried, nothing helped. The beds are comfy, but the blankets weren't very thick and full like most hotels. The bathroom walls had some things it looked like people had wiped on their but other than that the room was clean. Breakfast could be a lot better and it was an inconvenience that their was t a microwave. I would stay again for the price, but wish some updates would be made.

Could not get any local channels so we could not watch nfl football or the ball drop on New Year’s Eve.

Over night stay the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was not that great and when I tried to check out I waited at the front desk for over 15 minutes and no one ever came to check me out.

The stay was amazing. We had a suite and we were very impressed. The only bad thing I have to say is that they ran out of breakfast, but that was ok because we went next door to Flapjacks.

The staff was very high class for sure acted like they were better then everyone else. The room was gorgeous and so was the hotel itself.

The room had not been dusted or swept. The sheets were washed but stained terribly. The dust, hair and skin dander was very thick around the bed. No napkins at breakfast. Very unkept property. Will not stay there again.

The floor in our room was sticky. Carpet outside of room was dirty. Bathroom caulking was in need of repair. Eating area was also not clean. Overall bad experience for $250 a night.
