"I went to Jiangyin for business near the Qingming Festival. I needed to get up early the next day and was ready to find a hotel to rest. Because I was in a hurry, I didn’t do any homework. The most important thing was that I had my baby with me. I decided to book Jiangyin Xinyu Hotel. It was the only one I found. Five star hotel! The environmental sanitation service did not disappoint ~ parking is also very convenient. When the front desk saw that we had children with us, we upgraded to a suite directly. During the period, we also had afternoon tea set, fruit platter and drinks 🥤 and a naughty castle. When the children opened their eyes the next day Let’s just say that I like staying in hotels the most. I will choose this hotel again next time I go to Jiangyin!"

"The hardware facilities are okay, but the service is average. The staff are good but not proactive. When I arrived at the store at 9pm, the lobby was almost completely dark and there was no welcome. I almost thought it was closed. The decoration was not bad, but it felt like there was no maintenance. The room Maybe the occupancy rate was not high, the room felt gray, and there were hairs on the disposable utensils. It was raining when I left the hotel in the morning. It was still a little far away from the parking spot outside, and no one gave me an umbrella, so I rushed out in the rain."

LLeetohI loved everything about the hotel from being ushered out from the car to the lovely reception, to the room. I loved the services we got from the staff they were very helpful and sweet. There is a car to take you to do the activities like horse riding and boat riding. The hotel is within the Pegasus which is really convenient. The food was sooooo amazing I truly recommend going here it’s worth every penny. The room is clean, spacious and very modernised. I loved loved loved my time here and I will be booking for my next stay soon.

I booked a twin room, large, clean, with a separate cloakroom, luggage room, toilet and bath separate rooms, which did not affect each other! Breakfast is rich, Chinese and Western styles are required, very rich. White porridge is also provided to 11.00 in the evening! There are Impressionhui shopping malls around, and there are many restaurants in the commercial street. There are more teppanyaki in Japan! There are also many hot pots! very good!

Sstep kingDue to holiday season couldn’t get the deluxe room so tried this executive double room, room is very big and hotel gave free mooncake to eat. First night there is water droplets noise in the room 2007 and complain to hotel staff and they came in check and immediately changed room for me, they use a robot to send the keys up so I don’t need to go down and could just return the key the next day. Only downside is the breakfast, everyday I eat the same thing and get bored easily. The bathroom also needs more hook to hang clothes, there is only 1 hook in that big bathroom.

The corridors are a bit narrow and the breakfast is small, which I care about. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Not many people do laundry, so it is enough.

The soundproofing is a bit poor, and you can hear people talking in the corridor clearly. The hotel also gives you postcards, bookmarks, and eye masks. BBill WetzelWonderful hotel! The room was large, very clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself is very big, and near many interesting areas to walk in the city. I used to live in Jiangyin and always wanted to come back and stay in this hotel. It did not disappoint. I think a highlight was the breakfast. A nice selection with a beautiful view of the city. The restaurants are in the hotel are very good as well. My stay was the last few days of Spring Festival, so a few things in the area and in the hotel were closed, but it was still fine. I will be back to enjoy this hotel again, I am sure.

MMilanThe temperature was below zero celsius and pipes were frozen, so no running water in toilet bowl. The builidng was poorly consturcted. Luckily there was warm water in shower and in toilet sink. The front agent was polite, helpful and professional.Perfect location.
