I had a late flight to Chaoshan and wanted to have an early rest, so I wanted to stay one night near the airport. I saw this hotel was newly opened and had good reviews. It can be picked up from the airport and the price is moderate. I contacted the airport pick-up in advance, but after leaving the airport, I still had to wait for more than 20 minutes for the pick-up vehicle. Everyone else has gone and we are the only one left... I booked 2 rooms. When I arrived at the hotel, the air conditioner was turned on in one room, but it was very stuffy in the other room. The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it.
