The price/performance ratio is very high, everything is available, and you can cook. The location is quite superior, next to Wanda and Zhenhua, and very close to the railway station. The key is that the landlord’s service is super good and very helpful. I really feel at home in the past few days

價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然裝修時間比較長，但是無異味，這點缺好是優點。前台還有是黨員，沒想到。3、性價比很高的三星級酒店房間非常乾淨 服務總枱劉蘭熱情服務。態度親切感非常好 服務也非常到位。下次還會選擇這裏。

房間佈置的很温馨，和圖片展示的一樣，一進屋看着就很乾凈整潔令人舒服，房間位於高層，很安靜。樓下有兩個超市，旁邊也有很多商超，不遠就是萬達廣場，吃飯購物都很方便。離公交站不遠，去各種景點都很方便。推薦

從途家上搜到的，跟店家溝通後，選擇入住的？説實在的，距離景點有一點點遠，騎單車得二十分鐘左右才能到，周邊還挺好找的，照片看上去很新，辦入住之後，房子是比較舊的，一行設施都跟齊全，，就是在頂層，房東很熱情，諮詢文問題，都能很快回復，但是對周邊的停車位有一個很不好的形象，隨便亂收費！！！

本次入住體驗非常nice。位置應該是市中心，離萬達廣場很近，步行五分鐘。據趵突泉公園坐公交才三站地，很方便。附近商超和快餐店也多，吃飯很方便。房東大姐很熱情，剛來濟南不熟悉，房東大姐介紹了周邊的“大觀園”夜市，裡邊的餃子很好吃。
房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。我們是母女三人，一張1.8米大床也不擠。真的感覺像家一樣。感謝房東大姐！

房間不錯，去哪裡都很方便，離大明湖趵突泉都不遠，坐車也行，走去也可以，樓下就有萬達廣場，買東西超方便，房主大姐人不錯，來濟南的朋友可以考慮住她家哈
