The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. There was a bit of issue on the type of card to use for payment upon check in and check out but they can improve by fixing issues with local bank.
Spectacular location. Restaurant was fantastic. Enjoyed the gym and the massage was very helpful too. Laundry service was efficient.
The view from my room was spectacular. The room was beautiful and spacious. As expected of Banyan Tree. Brat hitel to stay in the area.

山高水長，真正的歸隱山林酒店，遠穀風景真的絕了，唯一就是有點遠，山不在高有有仙則靈。沒有最完美的酒店，有的是一直不斷為了服務努力的人。感謝劉鳳師傅的熱情接待！女朋友很開心！

景色無敵的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，站在陽台上一覽眾山小！前台服務小哥劉軍服務熱情周到，又贈送我們一個小烏龜。餐廳的飯菜可口，早餐豐富，不愧是五星級酒店！

在價錢的基礎上，
員工很熱情貼心，有個小姐姐還專門在觀景露台上拍了好多照片。
參加了篝火舞蹈，氛圍還可以。不過因為非假期，客人相對比較小。
缺點：沒有智能馬桶。一開始被提醒洗漱包不可以拿走。

酒店硬件很好，風景很好，就是盤山路要開半小時離九寨溝景區有點遠。

獨處高山頂，風景很美，看雪山，景色很壯麗。
自駕盤山上來，一路景色都不錯。
建議酒店增加一些娛樂活動，迎賓的服務還有待加強。

1、酒店獨佔一座山頭，自身就是一景，適合度假遊；2、放假設施齊全，雖是17年開業，但設施不陳舊，倒略顯幾分韻味；3、工作人員是真的熱情，尤其是一位叫雪芹（音譯）的小姐姐。

前台劉鳳義小哥哥給我們升級了套間，還幫孩子打印了作業，服務很周到。房間不錯，床很舒服，晚上特別安靜，安靜到空調的聲音都覺得有些吵，最後把空調關了，衹開了電暖器。酒店後邊還有個海子，早上去轉轉，很不錯。就是半夜燈莫名其妙亮了兩次，有些影響睡眠。在九寨住了兩個酒店，都遇到了停電，不知道是不是九寨特色😂
