Very educated, performing and receptive team. I believe the hotel can improve the wall painting of white apartments, lighting Led White (Today are dark and yellow), also the hygiene issue had no handsets for handle food in the breakfast buffet, just Gel alcohol and swabs.

The air conditioning is central and it doesn't work! The room was a hell when we arrived. We connect the “air” and nothing ... so we called the reception and the boy who came said it was like that, that was very warm and that the air was not really going to freeze... and I pay almost 500 reals for one night to pass heat!! We asked to change room and he said he didn't have the air as pq was not broken... hey??? A central air that doesn't work, dirt and I that I just entered have no right to change room? The hotel is a Joinville icon, staff service is excellent, they are very friendly and requested, parking is not very safe, the door is open all the time and there are no covered places. The coffee is charged separately, I didn't consume, the restaurant is very good, the dish I asked was great, the rooms are old and the small balconies and fear, the guards and beds also look very old, as well as the lift.

We stayed two days, good bathroom, great shower, comfortable couple bed, single bed, not so much, simple coffee more satisfactory, just the juice that was not good, friendly and efficient staff, both of the reception and of the coffee. Small parking is a positive point for hotel in the centre, and clean and smelling room, at that point was a positive surprise.
