"When I was in a bad mood, I visited a B&B in Xiaohongshu. With the urge to escape from the city, I took my children with me, grabbed the charger and left. The hotel is very close to Zhenjiang and Nanjing, which can be reached in 40 minutes by car. The hotel is located in the Lunshan Lake Reservoir Resort. From the road close to the hotel, you will find big surprises. The beautiful scenery along the way is unforgettable. When we arrived at the entrance of the hotel, the red brick parking lot was very thoughtful. The car was parked next to the infinity pool, and the housekeeper came out to greet us enthusiastically, helping to get items and arrange check-in. The scenery of the B&B is very healing, and every little detail is amazing. Because of my poor photography skills, I couldn’t record the beauty here with my lens. However, guests who have been here can tell from the reluctant expressions on their faces when leaving that they all love this place. Attentive service and perfect experience, this is really the best choice for travel. Soon after, we planned a second trip, looking forward to meeting the beautiful scenery and gentle and intellectual hostess again."

Eating is the biggest problem for me. The hotel reminder sheet clearly stated that 3 restaurants are open until after 8 pm, and desserts are even after 10 pm. However, when I called the hotel front desk at 7:40, I was told that the restaurant closed at 8 pm. When I rushed down to find something to eat, I found that the restaurant was dark and it had obviously closed early, which was disappointing. (The hotel provides meal delivery service and charges 15% of the order fee) For a 5-star hotel, the hardware is okay, but the software is really unsatisfactory. "作為一個快走遍中國住過很多酒店的人，我想，寫寫我的真實感受，我在選擇酒店的時候最注重的是評分，也就是客人感受度，其次是品質，再是價格，所以當我搜尋了句容的所有酒店後，發現點評分都很低，衹有這家零條點評，我想是新開業的，於是電話確認了一下，當天到的比較晚，辦入住時，前台一個小哥帶我看的房間，並且告訴我因為新開業，給做了升級，最後還給親自送到了房間，我的第一印象很好，很不錯，後來得知竟然還是第一天營業，酒店還貼心了送了鮮花和伴手禮，給客人很重的儀式感，房間面積也還可以，裝修簡約大方，是我喜歡的風格，設施設備上房門反鎖是有問題的，不能反鎖，應該是驗收檢查有點問題，當然我還是比較信任酒店的，所以沒有和前台説這個問題，因為覺得的酒店還不錯，所以立馬下單了第二天的訂單，後面也陸陸續續一天一續，下了很多訂單，中間發生了一些插曲，讓我進行了一次投訴，本人之前的工作做的也是酒店運營管理，深知管理一家酒店的不容易，況且這是一個新的團隊，所有東西需要磨合，而現在之所以跑到句容這個地方，一住就是十幾天二十天，就是因為我想找一個沒人認識我不會打擾我且安靜的地方，安安靜靜的待着放鬆放鬆也找找自己的靈感，方便後續的寫作，且我的睡眠質量不太好，因為工作的關係通常睡得很晚，所以基本睡眠作息是顛倒的，在前三天我意識到在我有續住單的情況下，酒店前台依然打電話到房間裏來會把我吵醒，客房阿姨想要打掃房間敲門會把我吵醒的情況，我特地到前台表達過我的訴求，就是我會一天一天續住，在我有訂單的情況下，千萬不要打擾我，如果我需要打掃會主動聯繫你們，前台告訴我好的知道了，我便很放心的上樓睡覺了，結果是依然被吵醒，前台打了一個電話因為在睡覺我沒接，又繼續打了一個，直接給我吵醒，客房姐姐也是敲門，我説不需要打掃，直接刷卡開門了，這個時候真的很氣憤，於是給前台打電話説自己要投訴，在此真的想吐槽一下酒店的裝修，電話是在離床三米遠的牆上的一鍵式呼叫，前台給我打電話我要下床到牆上去接，很麻煩，設計師沒有考慮到客人方不方便嗎？前台接了電話説可以和她説，説經理不在，我説你解決不了，結果這個時候經理又在了，我把我的訴求在電話裏又再次重申了一遍，這屬於前台內部沒有做好交接，且沒有同步給客房部門，後面幾天好了很多，不會在上午或者中午給我打電話了，但是會在下午打，我理解畢竟對於勿擾的客人，酒店也需要對客人的安全負責，所以下午打電話對我影響不大，後面還有很多插曲，比如大晚上十一點多了，前台電話到房間詢問我前台有位某姓男士，説是找我的，問我是不是，我説打錯了，我在想前台的培訓沒有做到位吧，公安規定晚上十一點以後是不允許訪客的，如果有訪客也應該請客人自行聯繫，酒店方不應該打擾客人，況且我不認識這個男的，也不能大半夜他報了個房間號説是找這個房間的，酒店就過來問我啊，這個是安全問題，直至此刻我都沒有想過説要給酒店寫個差評怎麼樣，因為我知道新團隊的不容易，但是我體諒你們，你們的工作的不嚴謹不能一直讓我來買單對嗎？今天是我入住酒店的第十四天，我早上七點多點剛睡着，不到三個小時，十點半就聽到框框敲門的聲音，一下子被驚嚇醒，我問誰沒有人回覆我，還在一直敲門，於是我又大聲喊着説誰？還是沒人回覆，我以為是有客人敲錯了，後面聽到另一個聲音説有人啊？然後其他房間的敲門聲響起，緊接着你好服務員，我才知道是客房姐姐，咱就是説禮貌的三敲三報呢？這才上午十點半，我本身睡眠淺，且醒了就很難再次睡着，這下不用睡了，給我驚醒的心直髮慌，我是此時此刻真的不太能忍一點了，我已經再三重申過我的需求了，就是希望不被打擾，貴酒店的團隊連這點小小的客人的需求都做不到嗎？新的酒店新的團隊需要磨合需要成長有錯，但是起碼在團隊協作不是很穩定的情況下，或者説哪怕業務不熟練，服務沒那麼好都沒關係，最重要的一點就是，要記住客人喜好和需求，那麼我想也不會有客人不滿意的，客人住酒店花錢買的就是安心的睡眠，除此之外能解決客人的需求那是很不錯的酒店了，口碑也不會差，當然做得更好的是發現客人潛在的需求，在這個服務行業這麼卷的時候，尊重客人的需求才能更長久！以上僅代表客人入住感受以及小小的建議！"

I contacted the front desk and hoped to bring my hair dryer. The front desk enthusiastically helped me solve this problem. The staff at the hot springs and children's playground were very enthusiastic and responsible and gave us a very good stay experience. I would also like to make two small suggestions, hoping they will be helpful to your work. 1. There is no trash can under the sink in the bathroom of the room. You can put one. Otherwise, there is no place to put the garbage and you have to throw it on the table. 2. Breakfast tastes good, but some things can be kept warm, such as five-spice eggs and red bean porridge."
