Hotels near JR Kagoshima-Chuo Station, Kagoshima

Stayed 2 nights in end Jan 2023. Hotel is located directly across the Kagoshima Chuo Station which is convenient if you need to take the train early morning, or explore the other area, as the bus and tram line is nearby as well.  You can access the hotel via the round link from the station on the 2nd floor and cross a road at the end of the link or via the underground basement beside the shopping mall next to the station on level 1, completely sheltered. There is a nice food place at the basement of the hotel and a mart just beside the hotel on level 1. The reception is on the 7th floor where you can get toiletries like cleansing gel,  razor, comb, cotton bud, etc. Check in was fast and simple, though check in time is fixed at 3 pm.  Staff were friendly. Hotel is clean and well maintained.  Rooms were reasonably big for hotels in Japan. Bathroom have separate shower and tub area.  Good view of the ferries wheel across my room.  Bed was comfy, sleeping robe provided. Safe deposit box not working though. Wifi is reasonably good.  Would consider staying again if coming to this area.

Conveniently located just a four-minute walk from Kagoshima-chuo Station.

The location is very convenient. You can reach Kagoshima Chuo Station directly from the lobby. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops on the same floor. It is also very convenient to go to nearby large shopping malls. The hotel staff were friendly. We stored our luggage in advance and checked in the next day; on the day of check-in, our luggage had already been delivered to the hotel room early in the morning. The service was great. Will choose JR Kyushu Hotel next time

It is a business hotel located in the downtown Tenmonkan in Minami Kyushu, but it was only called ”Rem”, and I was able to sleep well as rarely for me to sleep until I was woken up by the alarm clock. The city trams and buses are running on the road right in front of me, but I didn't care about the noise at all. １ I had breakfast at the talis in the building because it was breakfast for the night, but it was quite well organized and substantial. I was able to choose from hot dog pancake toast.

Hotel service is very professional, location is very good, near the bus station, dinner is rich, there is an independent hot spring, very good experience, clean and hygienic, it is recommended, will come again next time .

鹿児島中央駅から徒歩1分程度で利用可能なビジネスホテルです。他にあるビジネスホテルとほとんど変わりはなく、部屋やバスルームは基本的に清潔に保たれていますが、特にバスルームは狭く、一部で設備が古い箇所が見受けられます。 1階のロビーでは、宿泊プランにより朝食が食べられます。テーブル及び椅子は充分な数があるように見えますが、部屋数が多いため、特に休日などの満室に近い状態の時は、混雑して朝食が食べられない可能性があります。とは言え、周囲には早朝より開店しているカフェやコンビニ等もあるため、食べ物自体には特に困ることはないでしょう。 鹿児島観光の拠点として充分に利用できると思います。 This hotel is only a minute walk from Kagoshima Chuo Station. It is almost the same as other business hotels, and the rooms and bathrooms are basically clean, but the bathrooms are especially small, and some of the facilities are outdated. You can be served breakfast in the lobby on the first floor, depending on your accommodation plan. There seems to be enough tables and chairs, but due to the large number of rooms, especially on holidays when the rooms are almost full, it may be too crowded to eat breakfast. However, there are cafes and convenience stores around the hotel that open early in the morning, so you won't have any trouble finding food. The hotel can be used as a good base for sightseeing in Kagoshima.

Dongheng Hotel has always been the preferred hotel group for me to travel in Japan, reasonable price plus excellent location also appear in this hotel. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from Central Station, there are convenience stores nearby, there are shops across the road, There is also a food store on the street behind the store street. It is convenient to find a supermarket in about 15 minutes walk. The room is a little bigger than other Dongheng INNs that have lived in the past, and it is as clean as usual. Breakfast seems to end half an hour earlier than I lived. There is no supplement after 9 o'clock. This is A little points. Overall, the hotel is very good. The Dongheng INN series continues to be my first choice for accommodation in Japan. If I have the opportunity to go to Kagoshima again, I will stay here.

Since I used JAL's dynamic package, it is a little difficult to think about the cost performance only by the inn fee, but I should have stayed with meals and stayed at this price with a set of planes. If you think that the room is just sleeping, there is no problem. Convenient because it is close to the station. There is a little distance to the Astronomical Museum, but there are trams and buses, and you can walk normally. The breakfast was delicious and I remember eating too much.

Hotel ribmaxＢＵＤＧＥＴKagoshima is a business hotel located in Ogawa CHO, Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture. On April 5, 2022, I walked through Shiroyama Park. From there, I drove to Hotel ribmaxＢＵＤＧＥＴ Kagoshima. There was a three-dimensional parking lot at the back of the super center Nissimta, which was a designated parking lot. Nishimta is a very large discount store. I could buy dinner here, but I bought it in Lawson (sweat;) across the road and headed for ribmax. The lobby is like this. My grandmother checked in earlier, so I went to the elevator as it was. Coin laundry is installed. I expected it because there was a sign of a natural hot spring, but it was not a resort condominium advertisement (sweat);) when I asked if there was a microwave oven at the front desk, I replied, ”I'm in the room” (surprised) If it is true, I will praise you for choosing this hotel. This day is the room on the top floor. It seems to be an old type of room that doesn't light the electricity unless you insert the promised ”grandmother who doesn't open the key” key. ”Grandma who can't stab the key”There was a microwave oven. The TV is also large. Twin room. This is 5,335 yen for two people with surprise !! It seems that the timing was good with dynamic pricing. Hot water heater. Grandpa who mistakenly has a hot spring. The key is not stabbed clean and the electricity is not lit. The toilet is a hot water toilet seat. The bathtub feels like this. Shampoo and so on were bottles. The view from the window is also great only on the 13th floor. In fact, I was scheduled to stay in Shiroyama Park on this day. However, the parking lot of Shiroyama Park was lonely and the toilet was near the slope, so I didn't want to stay in the car. So I searched on my smartphone and found here. It was a dynamic price and was a cheap price. Because it was 17 o'clock on the day, there would be Merritt more than the hotel would be vacant. It became a strength that it was a premise that it was possible to stay in the car. Just a smoking room, so it is a disadvantage that it smells less 々 cigarettes. Because it is a business hotel, wifi is naturally barbaric. Thank you grandfather today. When I put gasoline in Aira City, the failure that was so high that it was surprised was cancelled. Because it is a night stay, the meal is Yakisoba bought in Lawson. Check out and take the ferry by car after finishing breakfast at Lawson. After finishing sightseeing in Yakushima and returning to Kagoshima City by ferry. The stay on this day was also made to Hotel ribmax ＢＵＤＧＥＴ Kagoshima. What a room was the same room. This day I went out to eat dinner at a Chinese restaurant opposite. The next day, breakfast was bread bought in Nissimta. I drove ahead by car. It was a late arrival, but thank you for your pleasant response. Also, because our reservation was late, I didn't want to smoke on the phone, but when I arrived in the room, there was an ashtray! It seemed that there was a vacancy and I was glad to change it without any trouble. I will use it again.
