Just got back on Monday. What a fabulous holiday, we had a room with a pool. No issues with cleaning or towels , we had a broken kettle with was replaced straight away. All the staff were happy and always on hand to help or just chat too. Food was very good (don’t go to Greece expecting English food ) even though they do accommodate the fussy eaters. Pool bar fab , food and drinks lovely touch with Toni the waiter. Don’t even have to move from the sun lounge The a la carte was delicious especially with the sunset location. The hotel is out of the way , but that’s what we wanted. Ten euros to the town we ate in the blue light which was delicious and plentiful and chill out lounge was good for watching sport. The only thing I would say is too have a mini bar in the rooms with the pool. So you still have the all inclusive We have stayed in The Grand Blue which is the same chain of hotels and certainly meant the standard we expected. We will definitely be back, but for 2 weeks next year .

My partner and I have just returned from an 11 night holiday at the Kouros palace. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and are kept spotless along with the pool areas with plenty of sunbeds. There is also a wonderful sea view surrounding the hotel. A short walk away the hotel has its own private beach with plenty of beds and parasols, there is also a beach bar which serves a light lunch if you don't want to to have dinner back at the hotel. The evening entertainment is good. The daily entertainment is good especially the aqua aerobics in the pool, the guy who does this is absolutely fantastic. As the complex is large they have a golf buggy which you can flag down or ring reception for a lift, this is driven by Aaron, what a character this young man is, always has a smile for everyone and is such an asset to the hotel. The down side to the hotel is the house keeping of the rooms, for a 5 star i would have expected daily cleaning especially when you cannot flush paper in the toilet. Having to ask reception for toilet paper is not good. This hotel is very remote, it takes 45 minutes to walk into the nearest village which is not a pleasant walk. You can take a taxi. The food in the restaurant was often cold and this needs addressing. We did enjoy our holiday and thought it was good value for money.

If you are looking for a remote hotel with very little within walking distance, with a decent beach, but not quite 5 star then this may be the place for you. It you are looking for 5 star luxury, then this is not the place for you. Despite the friendly staff, cleanliness of the shared areas there are areas which are lacking and let the hotel down in making it 5☆ Food choice, I would have liked more local dishes..the only night we had full on greek food was on greek night...the gyros down at the beach bar are a must Wasn't expecting to have to pay for fresh water bottles especially when you only get 2 on arrival and that's it..if you want them filled just take them to the bar The room is not cleaned daily, we were there 7 nights, not once were our beds made and the teas and coffee was only replenished every other day Rooms are basic with a glass ***** down the middle of the door which meant a poor night sleep due to light streaming in Air con worked when it wanted to as did the hairdryer You have the option of a meal on the rooftop terrace, use it, the guys that worked the bar and tables up there could not have been more attentive and the food on the menu was delicious Bar staff in the main bar worked so so hard especially when there are many rude guests who don't have manners The beach is clean but could be an issue if you have difficulties with mobility and down an uneven steep slope, but worth it when you get down there overall a lovely holiday and with tweaks could most def be a 5 star hotel

Lovley little town with a few nice shops and restaurants nice part of kos , People friendly and hotel korus palace was amazing value with its own private beech and all inclusive dining , just a relaxed place to chill with a book and unwind from the stress of everyday life

My husband and I had a fantastic week at Kouros Palace. It really is a beautiful hotel with the most lovely staff. After a short transfer from the airport, we received a warm welcome from the reception staff. We were transported by golf buggy to our room that was close to the pool area. We enjoyed all of the meals in the buffet restaurant and loved the gyros at the beach bar. The entertainment team did an excellent job with the daily activities and we enjoyed all of the evening entertainment too. We hired a car for a day from the hire centre opposite the hotel and at 40 euros, with full insurance included, we thought it was a good price. It was good to explore the island and discovered lots of lovely areas. We loved the short walk from the hotel down to the beach and we also walked into the nearest village once too. Kouros Palace is a little remote but we knew this before we booked and it didn’t cause us any problems. We would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to return one day.

Had an amazing holiday with my partner Donna and met some great people from England Scotland Germany to mention just a few... ARON THE BELLBOY..... unbelievable energy and happiness from this young man was infectious..... Food and drink good... Entertainment good. Located in a beautiful place.... Taxis can be expensive if you don't drive and nearest bus service is a €10 taxi to masahri before you get it.... We had MAJOR problems with the cleaning system of the rooms which everyone had the same problem..... Wouldn't go back to Greece because the cost has gone through the roof @€15 for a JD and a bottle of coke... Definitely go to Kenny's in masahri and faros restaurant in kardamena..... Overall.... Great time.. Thanks but mabey advertised as 5star is misleading......

Myself and my partner stayed here for 12 nights in May 2024. The gardens and all surroundings of the hotel are absolutely stunning. The entertainment team are superb with activities daily. Theo the bar manager, Mike (bar staff) were absolutely brilliant and very accommodating, however not all bar staff were as nice 🙄. Alexandra at the pool bar where activities are done was also superb and was always smiling. Unfortunately the rooms were a different matter, they was never clean and therefore we had to get our own cleaning products and toilet rolls ourselves, along with milk, coffee etc which is not on in a 5* hotel. I think the best thing about this complex is Aaron, he made everyone smile continuously wherever he was, such a lovely genuine person who went above and beyond for everyone no matter what. Thanks Aaron, you made our holiday.

Just returned home from our stay, travelled as two adults and two children aged 7 and 4. Positives - we had a lovely holiday, the staff were great especially Annecia, Aaron and Alexandra, the hotel is situated with beautiful sea views and is very well kept. Overall clean and tidy hotel. Plenty of sun beds available every day never had a problem getting them, the hotel wasn’t over crowded and plenty of space for everyone over the two pools. The beach bar is a great place to have lunch and the food was freshly made with live cooking which saves you having to go to the main restaurant for lunch. The hotel has a private beach with free sun beds which was a nice touch. Kids club, the park and the football pitch kept our kids entertained which was great. Not so good - the area is very remote so if you want to go anywhere you have to travel by bus and taxi there isn’t a lot for families near by, we did however take a trip to Kos which was nice on the bus. Food and drinks was definitely not five star as the hotel advertises, i have one fussy kid and she lived off plain spaghetti and chips. There was only one live cooking station at the main restaurant which repeatedly cooked pork or chicken, overall a little disappointing but didn’t over shadow the holiday experience. The drinks were ok, certain cocktails you have to pay for like pina colada, the spirits were non-branded and the cup sizes are tiny. One annoying thing was that there was no water station to help yourself to water or any soft drinks, everything had to be ordered at the bar. Overall we had a great stay and good value for money.
