"The hotel is in a strategic location, be sure to ask for the golf course side to avoid noise from traffic. Interior of the rooms is perfect, nice bathtub, warm water, hair dryer and carpet.
The only annoying bit was ordering for food via intercom, Restuarant respondent wasn’t friendly and seemed to struggle with English. I asked to use the wine glasses from the bar but was asked to pay 10,000 for using the wine glasses.
During the COVID curfew time (7pm), you will struggle to access an open supermarket coz it’s CBD area.
I would surely check-in anytime. Price was amazingly low coz I booked online at trip.com"
"Staff were friendly. Information in the room on resort and room etc would be helpful. The kitchen needs to be upgraded along with other outside areas. Nets were too small for bed.
A great relaxing spot in the middle of a busy city. Breakfast was included and was good.
We will go back again."
"I am in a hotel in Uganda every time, the facilities are old, but the location is very good, breakfast is good, service is warm. Note that three different spekes are distinguished, one is cow cow, the most expensive. One is apartment, the second. The most civilian is this, hotel."

"The hotel is not big, but every aspect is in place. Clean, safe and comfortable. Especially the breakfast is very good. The security situation in Kampala is not particularly reassuring (in fact, it should be because there are not so many armed security guards), so I only went out to visit Carrefour in the company of friends. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant on weekdays, which was generally not expensive. The taste is pretty good. Can anyone guess how much the Chinese-style grilled tilapia with rice is worth in RMB, which is bigger than your face?"

Outstanding
BBubaeVery clean, the customer service was awesome from reception date to departure. The environment is full of trees🥰if you are in love with nature.not far from Airport,it's about 30/45 minutes drive away.not far from the city either with amenities so close.I only missed on swimming since there were functions on on both days and very busy especially the swimming pool area. All in all.a perfect place to stay.
GGuest UserI have been to Uganda so many times and stayed in many hotels. This is the best one I have stayed in so far, no doubt about it! The location of the hotel is very good. It only takes a few minutes to drive to the nearest shopping mall, Lugogo Mall, which is super convenient for shopping~
The hotel restaurant is on the fifth floor. The Chinese food made by local chefs tastes very good. It feels like home when eating. Great! ! ! . The room is clean and tidy, and you can directly see the golf course opposite from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable, and the surroundings are very quiet at night. I slept very well.
The service attitude of the staff is super good. Whether it is checking in or solving problems, they are very fast, which makes people feel very considerate.
I will choose it next time. Recommended! ! Recommended! ! !
AAbhinav Sharma IndThe place was ok, I would not say it was good or very good because of the services. They never had the required basic things in the room to refill. The water is never available on time. The bathing soap was not refilled even after ewquesting them for 3 days.
The location is good, rooms are clean but the only lacking was service and basic amenities.
FFilipp ViFriendly personnel, good location close to the city center, pretty nice restaurant. Pretty poor breakfasts with nearly the same options every day. There is electric kettle in room but cord is too short and I had to use cup as stand while boiling water. Bathroom is average and saw better times, hot water 24/7. Premium rooms have AC but no fridge. No coffee table only narrow console along the wall you can use to store something. Wardrobe is just big box with one shelf and several thin clothes hangers. Stable wife connection. Pretty good price to quality ratio comparing with nearby places.
TTuty KHotel is within walking distance of downtown. Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Not many dining options within the vicinity although hotel does have a restaurant. Breakfast was satisfactory and delivered to room. Internet was fast. There are matatus that pass the hotel that go all the way to Entebbe so it was very convenient for me
KKobe & KyleWe stayed here on our way from Kampala to Nairobi. It is conveniently located right down the road from the Mash POA bus station.
We also had breakfast included and it was fantastic. In addition to the items put out, we were asked if we wanted to order anything else specifically from the kitchen.
We also booked the most affordable rate that included AC and were surprised with a suite and an entirely second room with 3 couches.
GGuest UserBooked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided.
Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request.
Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price.
Airport taxi usd90 to&fro.
Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.
MMK UKWas looking for a short stay spacious apartment Right in the hub of the city and yet very quiet, with amenities close by. BMK house just nailed it for me. Apartments are spacious, clean, well serviced and the continental meals at the restaurant are great. Totally enjoyed my stay and will be returning.
