"The hotel is very close to the airport. There is a free 24h pick-up and drop-off bus. After taking the minibus, remember to tip 5 knives. It is not a mandatory act but this is American social etiquette. The hotel is very new, the room is clean and spacious, the bed is big Simmons is very comfortable, there is breakfast, the front desk has a snack area selling water and chocolate chip cookies."

"The two rooms are connected and have doors. If you are traveling with friends, you can ask to be arranged together. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy and would not turn off. The air conditioner was also very noisy, but the weather was nice, so I turned it off to make it a little quieter.
Breakfast is 15 knives, 16.31 knives plus tax, which feels average, but there are no places to eat around.
There is a drop-off service, just give the driver a small tip.
There is hot water and hot coffee at the wall when you enter every morning. At other times, you have to go to the restaurant to get it.
Overall it's okay."
"Upon arrival, staff was super helpful and friendly! This continued throughout our stay as we came and went. Breakfast buffet was decent - a nice perk to the morning. Great location for a baseball or football game, spacious parking lot, clean room and public areas."
"I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Food at the hotel restaurant was a treat to the palate. Would stay there again. It was close to public transportation, we did not need our vehicle to go to nearby attractions!"
"All the associates were amazing! The front desk associates were so friendly, professional and and helpful. Mitch the mixologist was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He gave great recommendations for restaurants and things for children to do."
"Very nice room , good price and close to CPK stadium ( we came for a KC Current game)and other points of interest. Also close to dining options and had good on site parking. Accommodated our requests for river view and early check-in."

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe soundproofing effect of the windows is very poor, the room height is very low, the room is not big, and the whole hotel looks very crowded. There are few restaurants around and they are expensive!
GGuest UserThe friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended
GGuest UserThis hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area.
I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks!
Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.
Ggmartin212This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it.
The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.
RRhoda CNice location, walking distance to Fogo de Chao where we celebrated our anniversary. The room is okay and parking is ample. The receptionist is kinda snub though.
GGuest UserStay was ok for one night. Not a great example of a 21C in my opinion. Room was clean and spacious, but literally 3 steps away from elevator so I heard the ”ding” all night, and the bar dumped their glass bottles into a dumpster outside, on the same side as rooms, which was very loud. I had to call to get shampoo and soap, as there were none in room when I checked in. Drinks in bar are phenomenal - they are truly artists - and was the highlight of the stay.
