1. The hotel is in a very remote place, it can be said to be in the wilderness. I can’t go to the airport until 7 o’clock in the evening, but the hotel check-out is at 12 o’clock. I have nowhere to go and can only sit outside. There is no air conditioning. 2. There were either flies or mosquitoes in the room. There were toads at the door. I immediately told the front desk that I broke a small plate because of the flies. She asked the waiter to come and see it, but they did not do anything to deal with the flies and mosquitoes. I was given a ticket to compensate for the loss. 3 Because of the remote location, I had to eat at the hotel. There were many dishes to choose from, but they all had to add a 10% service charge. The seafood in the seafood fried rice I ordered was two shrimp tails, about 1.5cm in size. I called the waiter and it took me a long time to find them. 4 Wi-Fi is basically unreachable. Even if I barely connect, I can’t open web pages or apps. 5 In the evening and early morning, there are sounds of unknown animals. You can choose this if you want to sleep hard. 6 I didn’t sleep well all night, and I was bitten by at least ten mosquitoes all over my body. There were ants on the bed, spiders on the wall, and all kinds of original ecological cuteness can be seen everywhere.

Plus-very good staff Minus- in the shower of the garbage, in the restaurant at all it is not necessary to go, I had to wait for my order very very long!

We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful resort. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was well equipped and comfortable with all the amenities. Nice sea view rooms. This is the best place in negambo if you search a relaxing holiday. Pool and surroundings are amazing. Restaurant staff were friendly and always with a smile. Special thank to chathuranga. This little 10 room hotel deserves a much better rating in my opinion. Why? It's small enough to be private & it has all the facilities of the bigger hotels at a very affordable price point. Rooms are big, clean, have a balcony, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, roof fan & good AC. Pool is sparkling clean, lift access to upper floors, sun lounges & sun bathing all good. The building is set about 50m off main road which reduces noise & touts. Walk across the road to the beach for an early morning walk. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance, convenience stores at front & beer/wine store 30m. Staff was friendly, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble & great tips on surrounds. Front foyer was nice with a couple of lounges & tables/chairs facing pool area. I wouldn't waste my money on bigger hotels bc this place has everything they do with staff who know who you are & are interested in making your stay positive & memorable. Amazing property with ample space. We stayed in the villa and the rooms were big and spacious including the toilets. The hotel facilities are very good and well equiped. Gym, sports activities, spa and the best is they have a very good kids activity area and the lady in charge of this area Ms Roza was just amazing with the kids. Hats off to her. Alchol prices are very decent and generous. Downside is the food. Buffet has the same type of food for all breakfast and dinner. Spread is ok and the refilling takes awhile and need to be in the line which is irritating at times. Even the bites which we order does not taste that good. Overall it was a good stay.. but food needs to improve.

At the request of the boss, I must review this hotel. There are more than 4 kilometers away from the airport. They are quite small and clean. I only slept for one night anyway. The next day was to leave at 6:30 in the morning, so they prepared breakfast just after 6 o'clock, two omelette bars, two sandwiches, and a large pot of coffee. After all, the conditions are not comparable to the 5 new hotels in the city, which is fair enough. The boss also provides car rental services. I didn't try it because the traffic in Sri Lanka is really big. If you have confidence in your driving skills, you can drive by yourself.

I had the privilege of staying twice at this place! The room was clean and tidy and yes a few things around the place need a bit of a face lift but let me tell what you will get! Nasmeer and his team will go above and beyond for you! You will always be greeted with a welcoming smile and nothing and I mean nothing is to much trouble! The location on the beach is amazing and after school the local children and adults will be your entertainment.. as the community gathers on the beach you will watch the children play soccer ( football), cricket and fly kites, there is music and laughter all while you sit either around the stunning pool or on your balcony watching the spectacular sun set! This place is well worth a stay!
