"The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus.
Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled.
If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards."

"The hotel is outside the city of Kotor. The view does not see the Kotor Bay but it is very clear to the Tivat airport and the Tivat Bay. There is also a port mountain gro view. There is a very clean air on the hill. People with a car may prefer. The room is all but everything is inside the washing room, the clothes, the box, the jar, the refrigerator, the table, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen But don't stay in room C20 there is incredible fluidity and humidity. "The hotel has a good environment and a superior geographical location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel."

"Great place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony."

"25年1月入住，可能因為是淡季，沒什麼人，也沒遇到被音樂轟的睡不着覺。鐘樓半點敲鐘，早上七點起床前沒注意，可能是睡太死了。不過房間隔音還是可以的，不仔細聽就把鐘聲忽略了。
重點表揚下早餐。不是傳統的自助，是點餐式。每位一份熱食一份甜點一份冷飲一份熱飲，量那是相當足，兩大一下吃得撐死。
要吐槽的是衞生間排風扇聲音很大，以及二樓看不到海。"
