"Perfect location, lovely room and very clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the dining area was bright and pleasant. I had asked for a desk and ended up with a corner room , a lovely view of the harbour and a spacious kitchenette. The staff were always friendly, and helpful when I needed to go to a pharmacy."

"The hotel was in a convinient location nearby the highway and places to eat. The checkin desk is shared with the Quality Inn which was confusing at first. The checkin however was quick and smooth and they explained my room would be in the Comfort Suites building and showed on a map where the best section to park would be. The parking was $6.50 per night. My room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was average and included eggs, sausage, pancakes, bread, waffles cereal, coffee tea and juice. It was very crowded as the seating area is not that arge so I took my food back to my room. They also could have prepared more as the trays were often empty and you needed to wait for them to make another batch."

"We enjoyed our stay in Dec 2024. Front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful with information about the area. The hotel has free parking and a decent size pool. There's a gym and facilities to do paid laundry. Breakfast was lovely with various options and the hosts there were awesome!. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the room itself was clean and fresh and the beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Kingston."
