"Nice modern room, even if a bit small for 4 people. The main table turns into another bed. There's a good fridge, a coffee maker, tea and coffee. Good shower and good products in the bathroom. The pools were basic but great with a nice water temperature. The service from all the staff was great, they really have a good customer service culture."

"I took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned. I was extremely happy with our entire stay. I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE. Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip!

"There is a set of nonsense in this hotel. We originally booked 2 large beds, and the result did give us a big bed room. Our 3 big 1 children couldn't live. The hotel front desk told us that there was no room in the evening, so I can contact. Ctrip butler, the butler said that there is no way to contact the local hotel for the time difference relationship, there is no way we can make a night to sleep on the ground, I asked Ctrip to contact the hotel to give me a statement, after 2 days received the hotel reply, said that the room was found that night I have to change it, I think the big bed room is more expensive and refused, what? I am stupid enough to sleep on the ground without changing rooms? I didn't receive this call at all, and I kept the domestic call when I was booking at Ctrip (in shutdown). The hotel’s swearing words are really high, shirking responsibility, and your work is not rigorous, causing me to suffer damage and arrogance. What kind of things, this hotel should be no one to live in the future, I wish you close the door as soon as possible"

CCCciweiThe room has one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, with a washing machine and dryer, which is very suitable for family travel. There are pots and dishwashers in the kitchen, so it is very convenient to cook something by yourself.
I originally struggled for a long time and wanted to book a hotel near Disney, but when I was traveling by car, I wanted to book a night here to try it out. After I came, I felt good. I stayed for four nights in total. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Disney and half an hour to Sea World. The hotel has shuttle buses to SeaWorld and Disney's Hollywood Park, but the buses are very infrequent.
The hotel park is a large golf resort with many buildings and free parking. I will consider this place next time I come to Orlando.

GGuest UserSolid place to stay. Very quiet and off the beaten path with a wealth of amenities. The staff were kind. However, check in takes too long and I wasn’t informed of the $150 deposit. I was told it may take up to 30 days to return. The rooms are a bit dated but they’re nice. My light didn’t work but there were several lamps. There’s a dollar tree and family dollar across the street but not much else within walking distance. Good if you have a car or maybe with friends as the amenities are robust.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and comfortable. The A/C was very cold and the location was perfect! We did not have to drive at all during our stay in St Augustine. George St was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Would stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel(Comfort Suites maingate east) location is great ! Very close to Disney world . Many restaurants and fast food near by (like Davis chicken is very close and open until 11pm)also CVS and convenience store is close by.
Breakfast is good enough. Room is clean . just Don’t forget to bring your own toothbrush and sleeper (no sleeper no toothbrush ) .We are Pretty happy stay here this time And would like to stay here again if we come Orlando next time. Thank you all.

The rooms were blah, old for sure. Location excellent for Hollywood studios without staying on property.
If you are only sleeping and don't like coffee this is fine.
But I would not recommend the hotel if you planned to hang low for a day in between park hoping.

GGuest UserVicinity of my daughter and granddaughter. Room was OK, a little musty smell in halls and room but lowering air conditioning helped to eliminate. Bed was comfortable and lots of soft pillows. If you're there to watch TV...don't go there. The television is about the size of a computer monitor, although they have lots of channels. Did not use any other amenities but would stay again.

Café da manhã excelente, com pães, waffle/panqueca, ovos, bacon/sausage, iogurte, mingau, suco, café, muffins. Área do café pequena, infelizmente não permitem pegar para comer no quarto, mas esperando um pouco consegue logo mesa.
Ponto negativo é a limpeza do quartos, não me informaram no check in que era feita em dias alternados. O que não considero um problema, mas o problema foi que nos dias de limpeza o chão NUNCA foi limpo durante minha estadia inteira. As toalhas foram trocadas, mas nenhuma vez deixaram a quantidade correta de 4 pessoas. Não repuseram shampoo/condicionado. Logo no primeiro dia após a limpeza fui à recepção pedir toalha e shampoo, e para minha surpresa não tinham, me deram mais uma de rosto e duas pessoas precisaram se secar com a de rosto. Fui solicitar na manhã das próximas 2 limpezas para fazer a limpeza do chão e reposição correta das toalhas e amenities, além de colocarem o secador de cabelos que não tinha, e o atendente Douglas foi muito gentil e disse que isso não iria se repetir, mas infelizmente o housekeeping do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Apesar de ser um hotel econômico, eu paguei pelo serviço e não gostaria de ter esses contratempos.
No check out o atendente Douglas disse que não conseguiu fazer a devolução dos $100 de caução feitos no cartão de crédito (única maneira aceita pelo hotel), disse que meu banco recusou. Ao chegar no Brasil contatei o banco, que disse que o problema é com o hotel, que está fazendo informações erradas para o estorno. Já enviei e-mails para o hotel, que insiste que está certo e que o problema é o banco recusando que o hotel faça o return, e eu até agora não recebi meu dinheiro. O hotel não me responde mais os e-mails enviados.
Gostaria muito de contar com ajuda da Trip na resolução dessa questão, visto que adquiri o hotel nesta plataforma.
Num geral o hotel atende esse meu perfil de viagem, que não fico no hotel, mas esperava mais simpatia dos funcionários, que tirando a atendente do check in, o atendente Douglas e o atendente noturno Harry que foram muito solícitos, os demais da recepção e café que tive contato foram ríspidos, e não se mostraram importar com os hóspedes, como se estivessem fazendo favor por estarem lá.
