"This hotel is close to Terminal 3, but you can't walk there due to a wide road that cannot be crossed. You either have to take a taxi or use the hotel's free shuttle bus. The shuttle departs from the T3 shuttle bus area every hour, around 5 minutes past the hour. From the hotel, it departs 5 minutes before the hour (at :55). The ride to the airport takes about 5-6 minutes if there's no traffic. A taxi can be a bit pricey, costing around 60-65 AED! The information on Trip.com was incorrect; it stated there was no shuttle bus, which led me to take a taxi from T3! I've included a picture as proof and hope Trip.com provides accurate information when partnering with hotels to avoid unnecessary trouble and expenses for customers!"

"Great location and a plentiful breakfast were the only redeeming qualities; otherwise, this place is a complete letdown. The so-called 'sea view room' in picture one is frankly laughable. The rooms were dusty, the shower pressure was barely adequate, various switches were unresponsive, and the curtains didn't even close properly – everything just screamed old and worn out. My elderly relatives, for whom I booked the room, even had a foreign man mistakenly knock on their door in the middle of the night. At checkout, a young woman next to me was arguing because strangers had entered her room and terrified her. How can an established five-star hotel fail to guarantee even basic safety?"

"I was worried about the bad comments after making the quick reservation. The price was not the best but being close to metro station was my reason of choice. The welcoming was really nice even I do not understand the hindulish. The room was quite but you will hear planes landing all the time if you are on 6th floor. The kettl and irone did not work but it was late to ask for a new one to drink tea or ironing. The hair drier was hidden under the table , the room was freezing cold even I turned off the AC. The room was moderate in clean but the room needs restoration which is very low than Ramada standarts. I am happy with staying here but it deserves more interest."

"I am writing to share my excellent experience during my recent stay at Towers Rotana on 13th December 2025 for the Learners Education conference. I arrived early at 5:30 am, well before the 1:00 pm check-in time. I requested to use the facilities to freshen up and was promptly offered an early check-in and Club Lounge breakfast for a very reasonable fee. Having a background in hospitality myself, I was thoroughly impressed by this. It is a fantastic example of empowering front-line employees to drive incremental revenue while providing high-value service. I would like to especially recognize Hassan (or Hassim) at the front desk. He was very pleasant, and handled my arrival with great professionalism. I also want to commend the young lady at the Club Lounge (a new staff member from Myamar); she was incredibly friendly and diligent in managing both check-ins and the food supply. Having lived in Dubai for two years and previously stayed at the Media Rotana in Barsha, I found Towers Rotana to be just as exceptional. The convenience and service are top-tier. I will certainly stay here again and will be recommending your hotel to my friends."

"When we booked June 20-21,2026 for our stay dubai at Swissôtel, we had some doubts about whether the hotel would match the description and photos on Trip.com. However, we were delighted and excited when we arrived because everything was exactly as advertised. From the moment we entered the lobby, we received a warm welcome from the staff. The reception team assisted us professionally, with genuine smiles and confidence, especially Jociell, Sarra, and Supriya. We would like to give special recognition to Jociell for being very informative about the hotel’s facilities and amenities. She attentively answered all our questions and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When we entered our room, we were impressed by its cleanliness and excellent features. The room was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of selections. The restaurant staff specially susi ( sorry if i mentioned the name wrong) and the chef for chef in live egg station that day, were very attentive and regularly checked on us to ensure everything was satisfactory. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Swissôtel to our friends and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the metro station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Right next door, there's a shopping mall and a Carrefour supermarket, which was absolutely perfect for our last-minute shopping spree before heading back home. The room itself was incredibly spacious. We stayed on the 30-something floor, offering expansive views and a spectacular cityscape. The bathtub was huge, making for a wonderfully relaxing soak, and the bedding was also superb, ensuring a very sound sleep. The TV was actually the largest we saw during our entire trip to the UAE. As a honeymoon couple, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a chocolate cake for us, which tasted fantastic. The most delightful surprise was the hotel's outdoor swimming pool on the sixth floor. It's really large, divided into two sections: 1.2 meters and 1.5 meters deep. There were plenty of loungers by the pool and even a bar. We went twice in total; the first time we stayed for three hours, and the second time we indulged for a full six hours. Just lying there, reading a book, browsing on our phones, occasionally taking a dip, and then coming back to relax some more – it was truly delightful. When we got hungry, we'd order pizza, quesadillas, or fries, and the prices were very reasonable. Plus, they had a happy hour from 4 PM to 7 PM daily, offering various alcoholic beverages. The only minor inconvenience was that if you ordered takeout, you had to go downstairs to pick it up yourself. Delivery drivers weren't allowed upstairs, and the hotel didn't offer room service for deliveries. All in all, we had a very enjoyable two-day stay here."

"Unfortunately, I won't be repeating this experience. My booking was for a confirmed room overlooking the atrium for four nights, paid in advance. To my surprise, upon arrival, the room wasn't available! This was despite the fact that I had returned to this hotel for a second stay because I was comfortable with the room, and I had booked my entire stay in Dubai with them. However, I was shocked that the room I chose and paid for via Trip.com wasn't available. I discussed it with the front desk staff, and he asked me to wait until the next day in case the room I booked became available, but it was no use. This made me very angry. How could the room be available on Trip.com, and I pay for it, only for it not to be available upon arrival? It was very disappointing."

A very clean guesthouse with all the amenities, a very warm, friendly and safe environment with 24-hour cleaning, many foreign friends and a very good environment for meeting new friends.
"This place is perfect for a stay. Daily housekeeping is provided, and there's free coffee and water in the common areas. You can also use the kitchen for free if you want to cook. Each room has its own private bathroom. The price is excellent, and there's Wi-Fi. Service: Very good. The owner speaks fluent Chinese, English, and Arabic, which makes communication very easy. Cleanliness: A dedicated person cleans every day. Facilities: Coffee, tea, water, kitchen, private bathroom. Environment: Excellent."

"The room was pretty decent for being in the city. We booked the half-board option, choosing breakfast and dinner. However, there was a discrepancy regarding dinner; the front desk and the restaurant staff told us different things. We were initially told both the second and third-floor restaurants were options. When we went to the second floor, they said no, and it took some back-and-forth communication to resolve it. Then, at the third-floor restaurant, they also said no, despite the front desk confirming it was fine. We went back to the third-floor restaurant, and again, they refused. Isn't this something that should be synchronized internally within the hotel?"

"The hotel's location is great, right in Dubai's new city center, with excellent amenities nearby and not far from the metro station. Upon arrival, they proactively helped with luggage, and check-in was smooth. All the hotel staff were very polite. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and a good variety of food. The rooms are spacious and bright. The only thing was that the balcony door was locked, which they said was for safety reasons. I later asked the front desk to unlock it for me, but I had to sign an agreement. Overall, I'm satisfied. The only regret is that this trip to the UAE coincided with the conflict between the US, Israel, and Iran, and neighboring countries were all somewhat affected. I hope peace returns to the Middle East soon."
