The hotel offers a wide range of activities, and the kids' playground is large and very clean. In the evenings, there were cultural performances like iron flower fireworks and the Phoenix Flying to the Sky show in the small plaza. Our kids had two wonderfully fun and fulfilling days."

The children were crazy as soon as they entered the door, and finally they could drink coffee quietly. In contrast, the nearby hotel space is small and old, this is spacious and clean, the first choice for parents and children! This homestay is really cost-effective. It's a reliable, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing place, suitable for both group trips and small family vacations. Definitely a trustworthy choice for a relaxing getaway to Changbai Mountain."

"The experience was pretty good, I highly recommend this place if you would like to have more privacy as the resort is standalone and if order of getting to the skiing places (there are 2) you would need to order a taxi. The concierge Xiao Sun 小孙 was super helpful from the first day we checked in. He helped us to organize some trips. Thank you so much, Xiao Sun!! 真感谢你！ The hotel offers free entry to Hanshan skiing resort (you have to cover a deposit of 1000 yuan per person, be ready for it). If you would like to experience Wanda Changbaishan skiing, then you would need to take a taxi (takes about 15 mins). The breakfast was pretty good. For dinner they have a very satisfying buffet and some perks like chef cooking carbonara in front of you, some cosplay as well. And yes, there are cute deers living at the area of the resort! We also got a complimentary shooting wearing Korean traditional clothes, it was a great experience."

Concierge Xiao Chen provided excellent service~ He proactively asked if I needed any assistance and checked on my stay experience, and all my requests were met~ What's interesting is that I had already reached the airport when I remembered I hadn't returned my ski pass. I asked the taxi driver to take me back, and Xiao Chen also helped me retrieve my ski equipment deposit. Northeasterners are truly kind!"

All the furniture in the room had no sharp edges, and the hot water was stable 24/7, with a temperature suitable for seniors. The cleanliness was meticulous; there wasn't even dust in the back of the wardrobe. My parents said it was even more comfortable than being at home! From facilities, hygiene, environment to service, everything was impeccable. It's truly the perfect choice for a trip!"
