"We are four people who went to play together. It is really the right choice to choose this hotel for travel on the west slope of Changbai Mountain! Just at the foot of the mountain, it is very close to the distribution center. It is very convenient to travel and saves a lot of trouble. The store owner is very kind to others, and will patiently help solve problems. The room environment is clean and tidy, no smell, all kinds of accommodation facilities are available, there are intelligent control equipment, the living experience is full, the price is super high, and I will stay next time! "The Wanda Resort has been around for 14 years, so some of the room furnishings are a bit dated, but the bedding was good and seems to have been updated. The service was excellent; they added me on WeChat right at check-in, and Concierge Xiao Wang was very responsive. The activity arrangements were also good. Although the Westin hotel requires a bit of an uphill walk, it's very quiet. The resort also offers many complimentary activities, though outdoor ones depend on the weather. We even caught the resort's anniversary event, and the iron flower performance and fireworks were beautiful."

"I booked a four-day, three-night vacation package and had a great overall experience. The hotel is nestled among mountains and forests, offering a quiet and beautiful environment, far from the hustle and bustle – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding, making for a very pleasant stay. I especially want to commend the Yuehua Chinese Restaurant. The staff were prompt and provided meticulous and thoughtful service, making for a wonderful dining experience. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of items and was quite tasty. However, if the dishes were rotated daily, the selection would be even better. I have two small suggestions: First, the front desk reception could be a bit more warm and friendly. Second, given the lower temperatures in Changbai Mountain, the toilet seats lacked heating, which can be quite cold in winter. I hope to see hardware upgrades in the future."

"We came here for a family vacation, mainly for skiing and snow activities. There are also hot springs here in winter. The guesthouse is very close to the ski resort, which is very convenient. The owner even recommended how to buy a ski resort package at a good price. They were incredibly kind and helpful, considering many things for us. I especially want to mention that when we encountered a blizzard and our car got stuck in the snow, the hotel helped us contact local rescue services. We are extremely grateful to them."

"The hotel is quite new, and the shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, making it very convenient to get to any of the attractions. The drivers are all very enthusiastic. The front desk also arranged a pick-up service to the station, which was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near the commercial street, where there are performances, bonfires, and even 'Da Tie Hua' (iron flower show) in the evening. The amenities are decent, though some fun activities, like live-action CS, require an additional fee. Overall, it's a very good place; the entire resort is quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast is also nice."
