Rome Hotels with Kitchens

"The location is great, it's on the 5th floor of an apartment building directly opposite Termini Station. It's perfect if you're catching a bus to the airport the next day. If convenience is your priority, this is a good option. However, the comfort level is just so-so, apart from the blankets being relatively clean. We didn't dare use the duvet and just slept with the AC on because only the bed sheets looked new. The blankets seemed like they were never washed, but that's pretty standard for hotels in this price range."

"I actually quite liked the classical style, and the room was very spacious. The toiletries were Acqua di Parma, and the location was very close to Termini Station and the Repubblica metro station, just a few minutes' walk – these were all definite plusses. What was particularly bad was the service. When checking in, there were two lines, and one of them had no one in it. The staff didn't seem to be doing anything. After waiting for a long time, I tried asking and it turned out they could process check-ins there, but it felt like they'd just ignore you if you didn't ask. Also, they didn't mention anything about breakfast times or anything else, whereas the other line, dealing with Americans, got all sorts of reminders and information. We actually speak decent English and had done some research, learned a few Italian phrases, and were very polite, so I'm not sure if it was a staff difference or what. The concierge at the front desk was similar; we arrived around 1 PM and were told rooms wouldn't be ready until 2:30 PM, so we needed to store our luggage. The luggage storage area was locked. The concierge didn't offer to take our luggage or open the door proactively. After we asked, he just opened the door expressionlessly, as if it was a huge effort. For our family of three, they added a small bed to the room. There was a connecting door in the wardrobe area to the adjacent room. Although it was locked, we heard the neighbor trying to twist the handle a few times at night, and it was quite loud. I'm pretty sure the other room was just curious, as I even tried twisting it myself to see how secure it was... but hearing that sudden noise in the middle of the night was unsettling. Breakfast was also very mediocre. The bread quality was average, the coffee was average, and the freshness of the fruit was noticeably worse than at the hotels we stayed at in Florence. It might offer decent value for money. You might want to consider what factors are most important to you before choosing this place."

"Although the location is a bit far from tourist attractions, I think there is no better place than this when it comes to safety! The room was cleaned every day, and they provided water and snacks daily, so I was able to start my day feeling full and energized every morning. All the staff were friendly, and you can report any inconveniences immediately via WhatsApp. There is a free washing machine and luggage storage on the basement level, and since each room has a river-view terrace, it was nice to start the morning with the long tea provided in the room when the weather was good. The best part of my trip to Rome was the accommodation!"

"It was all super! Photos match reality, the number is clean and pleasant . The room has everything you need for your stay ( shoes , shampoo / gel for showers , cream , hats , toothbrushes , tea and coffee machine , and a snack ). Cleaning was every day, bed linen and towels changed every 3 days . If we are still in Rome , we will definitely stop here ."

"I really loved this hotel. It has a rooftop garden bar with very friendly service. The location is excellent, with shopping just downstairs and many restaurants and popular gelato shops nearby. It's also very close to Plaza de España and the Trevi Fountain."

"Everything is as in the description: this is not the main four-star hotel, but its younger brother. Check-in at the main hotel, and accommodation in a neighboring building. Linen and towels are clean and in sufficient quantities. In the room: wardrobe, table, 1.5 chairs, kettle, tea set, minibar. It felt like the floor had not been washed; there was hair on the tiles when we arrived. You can buy breakfast at a nearby hotel for 20 euros per person per day - delicious, on the roof. The doors open/close very loudly, when people come/leave, it seems like someone is trying to break down the door, and the sound of the card reader is even worse. Everything is also complicated by the fact that the door can only be opened while the sound is sounding. Both we and the neighbors, judging by the sounds, applied the card, and then tried to open the door, at the same time. It would be a hundred times better if this was fixed."

"We stayed here on our second booking, everything was seamless for checking in as the owner kindly welcomes us back to the hotel, very friendly! We did not get the same room type, but the current one was much more bigger! The hotel is close to the Termini and bus stop that takes you straight to the airport (around 6 minute walk there). There are nearby luggage storage places that you can drop when checking out, otherwise checking in is allowed to put out luggage to explore the city early. Will come back here again!"
