Beppu Hotels with Kitchens

"The path from the station is a bit out of the way, but the other side is a bustling area with Don Quixote, 7-Eleven, and restaurants. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for both dining and accommodation. The rooms are fantastic—spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully designed. A must-visit for families! The only downside is the unstable internet connection in the check-in system, but this was resolved by phone. There are staff members who speak Chinese."

"Since I had to stay one night in Beppu, I had no choice but to choose a place close to Kannawa Bus Terminal. First of all, the cons that I remember are: ✅️A room that was tricked into saying it had an ocean view ✅️A unique smell ✅️Noise between floors and hallways ✅️No place to enjoy (at night) around The good points are: ✅The large bath on the first floor (better than the 6th floor) ️✅️A clean open-air bath ✅️5 minutes from the bus terminal"

"The room was great, but the location is super remote – be prepared for a very quiet, almost deserted area. You'll need taxis to get around. Breakfast was really mediocre, and the hot springs were just okay, definitely not worth the price."

"The room was really clean and spacious. It made me wish I could live there permanently. The cooking area was also well-equipped, which I was very satisfied with."

"It’s better to find it at night. It’s very close to Beppu Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk according to the map. The room is on the 2nd floor. If the box is heavy, it’s a bit difficult to move."

"My husband and I stayed 3 nights here in late May 2026. And wow - this place is super impressive! This was by far the best hotel / resort we’ve stayed at during our Japan trip (nearly 3 months of traveling central and southern Japan). The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, luxurious. You have your own private indoor onsen, outdoor onsen, cold plunge tub, sauna and if in the summer, your own private pool. You have a full size kitchen, full western style living room with a TV, full Japanese style living room, multiple toilets and a beautiful bathroom. And a beautiful view overlooking Beppu below! The food is absolutely delicious. The staff and their service are professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming. It’s close to the 7 hells of Beppu attractions so it makes for an easy day trip too. And if you’re looking for a public onsen experience, its sister property is a 5 minute walk from this resort. It’s a newer establishment without many reviews yet, but take my word for it, you won’t be disappointed. We truly loved our stay here and we will definitely be back."
