"Beppu is an excellent choice. The accommodation is located on the upper floor of a shop. The space is very, very large. The indoor equipment and materials are all high-end goods, and all the necessary facilities for life are available. The industrial style interior decoration does not give you the feeling of staying in a hotel, but rather a home feeling. If you can only check in after 6 o'clock, remember to ask the boss for the password required for the check-in procedure. This is only the password for entering the store for the first time. There is an iPad on the counter inside. Follow the procedure displayed on the iPad to check in. Then a password to enter your room will be displayed. This password is also the password to enter the store later. Parking can be done in parking lot 1 or 2 according to the map provided by the store, and there are ample parking spaces."

"We stayed as a group of 4, and the room was spacious enough for us. The location is very convenient, with a mall, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel offers parking for 500 yen per day, and the room rate is very affordable. There are also free drinks available on the ground floor, as well as coin-operated laundry and dryers. One downside is that there is no elevator, but the staff are kind and helpful with carrying luggage. The walls are a bit thin, so you may hear some noise from neighboring rooms, but we were fortunate that other guests were respectful, so it wasn’t a big issue."

"I stayed two nights in a room on the 9th floor, so here's my experience. In terms of facilities, the hotel is relatively new and the amenities are quite good. The reception is located in a villa, presumably an extension of an older building, which adds a unique charm. There are only two suites per floor, so the rooms are very spacious. The indoor onsen (hot spring bath) was particularly impressive and very comfortable. The large public bath is in another building a three-minute walk away, located on the first floor as an infinity pool; I recommend experiencing it at sunset – it's wonderful. As for the food, the kaiseki cuisine here is of extremely high quality, the best of the two hotels I stayed at in Beppu. The restaurant, Matsushu, in the new building, consists entirely of private rooms, the number of which seems to correspond to the number of rooms. Japanese breakfast and dinner are enjoyed in these private rooms, which is very pleasant. I also tried their buffet breakfast in another building, which was quite good, especially the high-quality fruit. Location-wise, there's a bus stop right outside. Whether you're going to Beppu Station, Kannawa Onsen, or a large shopping mall, you only need to take one bus, which is very convenient. Overall, it was a very memorable stay and I would definitely return."

"I was assigned a room on the first floor; the second floor is a bit noisy. Everything else was great. There's parking available, one free parking space per room. The room was spacious, with two double beds, a bathtub, a toilet, a kitchen, a microwave, an IH oven, and, importantly, free washing machine and dryer, along with complimentary laundry balls. Self-check-in is feasible for young people, but might be more challenging for elderly guests or those unfamiliar with technology. If multiple groups are checking in, there might be a wait. I would definitely book this hotel again if I travel to the area again, and I would recommend it to family and friends."

"The room is very big. We booked three double beds. The dining room and kitchenware are all complete. The location is very convenient. It takes ten minutes to walk to Beppu Train Station. Self-service check-in and check-out procedures need to be operated through the tablet downstairs, referring to the email content."

"Overall, very satisfied! 👍🏻 Communicating the address with the hotel in advance is very important! The hotel will provide you with the correct Google Pin. Dinner was a semi-buffet, with the main course being sizzling abalone and beef (if you don't eat beef, you'll get two servings of abalone). The buffet had many choices, the taste was okay, and alcoholic beverages were also available. The room was very spacious! There was plenty of outdoor space. Since the pool was closed due to the cold weather, there was also a sauna and a private bath. ❤️"

"I really enjoyed my stay at beppu tower. The room has very spacious corridors which gives you plenty of space for large luggages even if it's full. and the amenities are great! There's the sauna at the 5th floor which you can use for free for one hour and a hammock/bathtub that you can rent for 300 yen and use it at the female bathroom. The only problem is hangers. They could REALLY fill those walls with hangers. There's nowhere to hang coats. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy. Everyone is kind and stylish! Toyota has a colourful and cheerful necklace and, I didn't ask the name of the night staff but the girl had a beautiful flower necklace and the guy cool sunglasses! Everything is technological, new and clean. It has a sense of being well taken care of :)"
