"Having to pay a deposit is a bit of a bummer, but everything else was great. There were lots of items available to borrow, and you could even cook your own meals. The online customer service was super quick to respond, and it was a great way to practice English!"

"First time at this hotel and stayed for 3 nights! The hotel is strategically located, 10-15 mins walk to the popular Kokusai Dori street, right above Mega Don Quijote that holds a wide variety of products and is open till 3am daily, a ＜5min walk to Tsubogawa station and a ＜15min ride to Naha airport. The hotel also provides free access to coffee and alcohol at selected timings, and the room comes with a microwave, a washer/dryer and sufficient space for luggages."

"This hotel might seem a lot more expensive than other Naha city hotels, but it worth every penny & being one of our best stay in Okinawa. The large room does feel like a suite with the comfy sofa area equipped with a giant TV. We also enjoyed the large modern bathroom. The room deco & amenities are all sophisticatedly design. The hotel dining is top notch, make sure you book with their breakfast please! It turns out to be one of our best hotel breakfast in Japan. Not only they offer chef menu of sashimi rice bowl, the quality of buffet options are crazy, honey dripping from actual honey comb, 3 options of miso from different origins to make your own soup, wide spread of veggies, breads & teas… we skipped lunch after. We also had birthday dinner in “The Long Vocation” restaurant and we were quite impressed by their food & drink and service. We stayed over typhoon, & we were very glad to have chosen to stay in Southwest Grand which offer late check out, indoor pool & good variety of food. The location is gold, the only little issue is they don’t have car park on site and the closest paid one requires 1-2 mins walk outdoor. It maybe a little hectic during some weather condition. Big shout out to the 2 lady staffs who help guests with luggages at the entrance frighting over strong wind & heavy rain, they were amazing! We missed our stay already and do hope to stay at this hotel again when we revisit Naha, hope to able to use their outdoor pool in a better weather. Overall highly highly recommended!"

"The room was very clean, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. There are some ceramic shops within walking distance nearby. There's also a seafood market close by with delicious seafood. There are many paid parking lots around the hotel, but the parking fees are quite expensive. The only downside is that cooking amenities like the microwave are shared, and not available in individual rooms."

This time we stayed in a triple room, and it was very convenient to have a microwave (which can also be used as an oven), washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, kettle, and induction hob available. 2. There's a Lawson convenience store right across the street, and a 7-Eleven a little further down. 3. Although there are many parking lots near the hotel, be sure to check their pricing schemes carefully. If you don't need to leave early in the morning, I recommend parking at the lot about 200 meters away, which charges a maximum of 900 JPY for 24 hours (price as of January 2026). <Parking lot name shown in photo>"
