Just across the shopping street. Daimaru department store is 5 minutes walk. Check in at the 2/F with help from staff but you still need to go to the machine to get the room printed out and pay by the machine if you haven't paid. Breakfast room is crowded and can be full. Suggest to go before 7:45 am or check in the TV in your room to see the crowdedness - the status is Empty, Not Crowded, A bit crowded and Very Crowded from left to right.

A modern hotel with friendly staff. The room is small but this is already expected from most of hotels in Japan. Everything is kept clean and in order. There is not much of amenities such as gym, pool or spa. There are vending machines, microwave and washing machine on some floors. Breakfast was included in my hotel booking and provided a lot of variety although they are same in the both days I was there. The hotel location is very convenient, walking distance from train stations such as Sannomiya & Motomachi, and eateries at Ikuta road.

this is the best hotel I stayed in Japan. this hotel is much better than apa hotel chains. I would definitely stay in this hotel chain n3xt time I am in Japan. I even have a massage chair in my room

The location of hotel is great. The reception service is excellent. The food in restaurant is also good - except the seat arrangement is not as good as the rest services.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The vending machine located at the same floor which is convinence for quick refreshment. Breakfast buffet variety is not that much but cheap enough. Recommend and will stay again next time.

The hotel is nice and decent, being the center of shopping area. The staff are helpful to guide how to travel to different places around Kobe. However the bed is super small and not enough for a parents and kid, we couldn't sleep well for a night.

The Daiwa Roynet group has two hotels in Kobe and the one we stayed at is the Premiere which was opened in 2022. The hotel is well located in the shopping district and is nicely designed. The lobby is on the second floor, and as the hotel building is not too tall, the rooms do not have much of a view. Yet the interior is functional and has an updated design. Some amenities are available for guests on the lobby level. There is no parking on the hotel premise but you can park briefly in the toyocarmax to drop off your luggage. It is quite expensive as 15 minutes costs 300 yen. As long as you don’t park in the car park space, you don’t need to pay. The hotel has a few recommendations of parking lots and the nearest one is in the Times parking at the Strong Building which costs 1700 yen for 24 hours. This hotel is great for shopping as there are plenty of stores and restaurants just across the street. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Kobe.
