Centro Bajo Hotel & Resto

Located about 2kms from the harbour but Grab moto taxis are good value. The staff are friendly and helpful. My delux double room was spacious. The aircon unit was very quiet. The TV had a number of channels but none in english. There was bench space to lay clothes and two coathangers Lighting was very good. The bathroom is of decent size with a segregrated shower. Excellent hot water and water pressure. The room is cleaned daily if that is your desire. The shared balcony area was for three rooms. I had a table, bench seat and a clothes drying rack. For breakfast they have an Indonesian buffet or three different western options which was basically different omelets. The hotel maybe away from downtown but you enjoy the benefit of peace and quiet as well as the value for money accommodation.

5.2 “Beware Cheater” The room that we reserved and paid for for 3 nights does not correspond to the photos or the descriptions Room of 22m2, the room being less than 15 m2, without window. I wasn't the only one complaining, an Australian wasn't happy. But they are used to reception, refused to reimburse me to go to another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel, there are plenty of nicer and more honest ones in town.
Kasuwari Hotel

Nice, big room with the terrace and bathroom ( hot shower), Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.

This is not a good hotel except location. rooms are not good, shower not working well, linen is old, breakfast in not good, even worse, a lot of staff looking to you but no one to help you for breakfast, no fried eggs, fruits are cut since teh day before, croissants danish forget it, disaster. and....they charge you Rp 850.000 a night? Better you do something else. hospitality is something else.
Bintang Flores Hotel

Felt like a hotel from the 1980s. Room was very nice as was the pool but a totally bizarre set of priorities with no eco / sustainable qualities. No place to refill water but instead if you ask for water they send someone one to your room with small plastic bottles. They replenish these plastic bottles each day. They give you new tiny plastic bottles of shampoo each day and wash the towels every day regardless of requests. Totally unnecessary use of energy and plastic. Breakfast is poor. Great number of staff there but seem focused on putting out stacks of plates ans cups correctly and often no milk available. No hot water so if you want tea you just have a pot which brews constantly and they just periodically add water too. In a country full of beautiful fresh fruit their breakfast fruit is not fresh and often covered in flies. There is so many staff they could just bring each person a little plate of fruit if they liked. Lots of options in the hot plate buffet but all seem straight from a frozen / package and not fresh at all.
