打騷擾電話，要評價，還你給我升級的豪華，我自己定的，前台服務員態度很不耐煩，房間很垃圾，還五星級，就是個不標準的四星級，我應該看評論，提高自己的服務吧，別坑外地來旅遊，來一次新疆感覺別搞的那麼差萬達

庫爾勒其實蠻多的連鎖酒店可以選，衝著庫爾勒榜單第一定的，看是2022重新裝修的 也相信萬達的品牌，從進店前台辦理的專業度就覺得是山寨的，沒有標準化體系，翻新部分主要是過道等公共區域，房間也是局部翻新，做了些裝飾牆板，衞生間地漏是壞的，淋浴房門是壞的，連大門的安全鎖也是壞的，早上出不去，用杯子砸開安全鎖開關才打開門。房間衞生一塌糊塗，地漏及淋浴房地面完全沒有打掃過，床跟前的地毯幾大團污漬像血跡特別可怕，床品質量非常差，床墊不知道用的啥東西睡得腰疼，浴巾也是低質量產品而且感覺清潔度有問題，總之這酒店硬件軟件所有細節都體現不出來是體系化管理的連鎖，也是第一次住萬達系列的酒店，估計也是最後一次去選萬達，提醒來遊玩的不要被這個第一矇騙了，隨便定個麗風全季都遠超這個酒店的舒適度。

去住其他家吧，4星商務酒店都會比它好！！！
看到差評的一定聽勸，我就是太不把攜程差評當一回事，覺得萬達5星，再糟糕能差到哪裡，結果，差評説的全對，甚至更甚，這可能是我住過最糟糕的五星酒店，全店工作人員沒一個好臉色，沒有一點禮貌和服務意識。
700多的房間設施大多都是爛的，質量很差，馬桶是堵的，爛的，排水管是堵的，衞浴不知道什麼牌子，居然刮手，洗澡水一會冷一會熱！！！一個2020年裝修的酒店，所有開關都不聯通，需要一個房間一個房間的去關燈，開燈。房間窗簾拉不上。房間地毯味道很臭！！！

庫爾勒的五星酒店標準真的讓人刮目相看。
衞生打掃真的是有待考量，想想就噁心。邊桌下面不知道是什麼，小孩摸了一手都是。
浴室的毛巾還是潤的，我想在夏天庫爾勒這樣天氣乾燥的地區不會出現毛巾晾曬不乾的情況吧。
晚上呼叫前台送水，一連叫了3次，3次後，10點半後才有人送水。
管理混亂，頭天付了房費，第二天退房又讓結算房費，幸好有付款記錄。
