Amazing stay! We loved everything. The service, the place, the little details! Sao from the White Lotus restaurant made our stay super special! Thank you so much! Our only point is that the bathrooms are a bit outdated, and the shower pressure isn’t very good.

The place was beautiful. They could have provided more activities though within the hotel to keep guests occupied. Otherwise, the place was like stepping into a page written by Somerset Maugham. Transport is not as convenient but grab is available at certain times.

Enjoyed our stay in the hotel, room is very spacious, clean, there is nice pool and overall area is very beautiful. Breakfast is good, but no big choices for eggs ( just boiled, fried, omelette). Room design is European 20 century style, I liked the idea. It is a bit far from all the tourist areas, but you can rent a bike near the hotel and it takes just 15 minutes driving from hotel. Beach is just across the road, clean, but it didn’t look so great for swimming, a lot of stones. I would say the experience was ok, but not wow, staff was not as welcoming as in other hotels we stayed.

Awesome service. I have a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating. They really go above and beyond. Faculties are clearly not new but they are well kept. Food and drinks are great but very very expensive. You definitely pay a lot more for the convenience of eating and drinking on sight. The band at the resort bar is exceptional and should not be missed. Location is quiet but the beach is just ok. Better views and beaches can be found in other areas.

Would have given them six stars if it was possible, the property is absolutely breathtaking. The pool is so massive that we did not see the ends of the pool. The activities at the Resort are amazing. My family had a great time.

If you’re in much need of a holiday and don’t wish to worry about organising activities and finding a group of people to travel with, Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort is the perfect place. There are numerous activities organised by the Resort which one can enjoy solo. I enjoyed Thai boxing and snorkelling for the first time. The meals offered by the resort were simply exquisite. I would describe the breakfast as a utopia…it was incredibly amazing and luxurious. Those in the activities team took good care of the excursion group, even helped with snorkelling for the first time. Everything felt safe, food was bountiful and I was able to enjoy new experiences… it was simply the perfect stay!

Usually Sofitel is an excellent hotels . I was in sofitel in several places such has in Guangzhou and also in Macau, they are much much better then this one . Staff are very friendly, pool is great. I love that there is adult only section in the pool . The Italian restaurant was beautiful and again the staff was friendly but the service there not so good , they was very slow , it’s takes them 15-20 minutes to ask me what i want to order even if the restaurant was empty , and after more then 15-20 minutes finally i got the pizza … and the pizza i order was cold , means , it was wait there for a long time . Also they gave me on the house which is lovely a starter when i was finished my pizza… so it wasn’t a professional thing to do so Breakfast was good .

Stayed here in Apr 2025 for an anniversary getaway. Spa was fantastic and the ambience was worth the trip, even though it was a bit pricey. Pool area and hotel grounds were incredibly maintained and clean. Fairly quiet and relaxing in the adult section of the pool. Drinks were good and service was quick. Situated on a quiet stretch of highway, but ATM within a few minutes walk. Easy to rent a small motorbike along the beach road and get into Krabi town proper in about 20-25 minutes with minimal traffic. We needed to take a few trips in to the main ***** for dinners on the beach. There was a big 3-day wedding celebration underway while we were there, but the crowd wasn't disrespectful or obnoxious. Ate at the Italian restaurant, and it was decent but too expensive for what it was. Stick to the cocktails and skip the wine if you do eat there, though. Gym was fine. Nothing overly noteworthy there. Room amenities were good. Shower and bathing facilities in the room were also pretty good. Took a day trip island hopping out of the hotel concierge. Probably could have found the same trips for much cheaper in Krabi Town, but unless you're able to ride a bike to get there and find all the big tour companies, you're stuck paying the premium. Tour itself was really nice, however. Nice tour guide in a nice, fast boat who was really helpful taking photos of me and my wife. Apart from the price point, I don't have any real complaints overall. I'm not a golfer, so that might've changed my perspective. Lounge singers were fantastic. Would probably recommend it to a friend if they were looking for a peaceful experience in the same vein as Koh Lanta. Breakfast buffet was decent. We didn't try the a la carte restaurant.
