I love all about The Verandah! Cleanliness very top tier and all services very excellent. Friendly staffs and very recommended to stay here. Also easy access to the beach and halal food nearby!

It's clean however there are no amenities on site. The gym and pool is borrowed from another hotel. The location is central to everything near Ao Nang Beach. Its noisy at night though if you are seeking for a quiet sleep because bars are nearby!

Staffs are friendly, room is nice and well-furnished,and is in the center of Ao Nang.

The place was lovely and cool and friendly staff, but you have to go swim and fitness another hotel but in the same area. The room was so clean and the breakfast is so great. You can see the picture that you can swim in the wonderful view! And not expensive. Perfect for couples and friends. Ps. You can park nearby the hotel.

tldr: don’t come if you want to sleep at night and the pool is not in the hotel! When we entered the hotel we were greeted by not so nice lady at front desk. After that we went to our kinda smelly room. Smelled of dampness and the room was very humid. It could be better cleaned and ventilated. we decided to try and stay positive, but we were really disappointed. Next, we find out that there is no pool! in the hotel and that you have to walk a few min to another hotel. We felt scammed, as it wasn’t mentioned in the offer. As the night came, we heard extremely loud music from outside. It turned out that the hotel is located right above 5 bars playing music very loudly till morning hours… Even in sound blockers we could hear everything. The air con being so loud also didn’t help. (it was also dusty and my boyfriend is allergic to dust…)Only positive thing was breakfast which was really good, but it could be offered for longer than 10 am, since we couldn’t sleep till morning.

Nice clean little hotel in prime location for tourists. Not really recommended for children ( it’s noisy at night from the bar near by) all good

My recent stay at The Verandah Hotel in Ao Nang was absolutely wonderful. The staff were a true highlight—every single person we interacted with was incredibly amazing and helpful, always greeting us with a warm smile and going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their service made a huge difference to our trip. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, from our comfortable room to the common areas. We felt completely at ease and relaxed throughout our stay. The location is also fantastic. It's in close proximity to both the main shopping areas and the beach, which made exploring Ao Nang on foot incredibly easy and convenient. I highly recommend The Verandah Hotel for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and perfectly located base for their Krabi adventures. We can't wait to return!

Very kind and helpful staff. Great location ( situated just 2-3 minutes walk from the beach). It was a pleasant stay overall. Recommended!!

Booked a twin room but the beds were joined together, which was unexpected. Towels were a bit old and no toothbrush set was provided—you’ll need to buy your own. The pool is actually at a nearby hotel within walking distance. On the bright side, breakfast was good, the room was spacious for two, and the location was very convenient. Overall, an okay stay with some room for improvement.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Ao Nang Beach. It's also surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, making everything easily accessible. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was great for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ao Nang!

It is close to Ao nang beach. A two star hotel at most. You can swim in the nearby 5-star hotel pool which is its partner/sister hotel with a nice mountain view. Service is very very poor. The first day we got a very foul smell like some animal died in the room after checking-in. The next day, we complained. When we got back, the smell was still there. The receptionist at duty did not take it seriously at first. After being a bit forceful, she came to my room with another hotel staff and tried to blame my shoes. How weird and arrogant of her. Anyway, the other staff talked with the receptionist about the smell in thai. Then, a male staff member came and looked above the false ceiling and found something. I guess a rat or something dead which was probably rotting and was causing the awful smell. Then they did not say anything and removed the animal without even telling us what it was or apologized for suggesting that our shoes were the reason. Breakfast is reasonable. Not bad or good.

Excellent location, right in the middle of the main area near the beach, massages and restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Main issue was the water pressure was weak so there was no water during peak periods of morning and evening when other guests were showering.

Good location, just 3min to the beach. Note that on the opposite side there are some bars which mean it will get loud in the evenings.
