The backpacker is strategically located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur and easily accessible to anywhere. The service was quite good but with basic amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will recommend to those who want to enjoy the nice place.

The location of this hotel is great. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs. You can eat all kinds of food including chinese, thai , indian and Malaysian food. KL express, monorail and other metro service stations are only 100 meters from this hostel. Very friendly and helping staff. Interesting place to know people from different countries during the stay at this place.

It's good , we have nice food restaurants near that hostel, I could go there and it was so good. Much happiness. Near restaurant, Husein cafe is good.

The place was very close to KL Sentral Station. It was convenient to explore KL.

I love everything about this place, but the bunks are a bit occupied, yet it is good.

i arrived quite check in late, and they WHATAPPS me to go through self check in, which is very convinient. The bed and room quite tidy and clean. The bathroom are outside. The hotel quite near to nu sebtral and lrt stations.Overall my stay quite pleased and satisfied.

If you are looking for a place to take a shower after roaming around before going to airport. This place is for you. The brother in the front desk is nice.

Good location, excellent room. Cleanliness some more. Please improve. Please use the good smell liquid to clean washrooms.

Let me break down this into parts: Cleanliness : First ,this is The dirtiest and the smelliest room ever ..Ask me why because It was my first time experiencing bed bugs .My body was itching as hell ,the floor is dirty,the blanket smells so bad and the bed sheet dirty .Pillow sheet had a smelly bed hair of other guests .It was gross and disgusting. Result : I got a boil ( painful bump between my legs for the first time in my life! It will be your highest mistake if you book in this hotel

High price but reasonably clean shared bathrooms, but AC too cold and starts only at 3pm daily till 7am daily, so daytime it's quite hot in rooms.

1st time staying hotel. like the fact its near to kl sentral monorail station that i used often. the price is cheap for a night stay. the downside is the bathroom is mix for both for male n female.
