I had a very bad experience at this hotel. My first room had a broken toilet seat, a strong foul smell coming from the toilet, visible mold and grime around the showerhead and ceiling, and an air conditioner that took over 6 hours just to slightly cool the room. I have a sensitive body, and after staying here I started feeling a burning throat, which I believe was the early signs of a bacterial infection caused by the poor air quality and mold. I asked for a room change, but the second room still had a bad toilet smell, some mold in the shower, cockroaches and bugs, and no room cleaning during my stay. The conditions were clearly not up to basic hygiene standards. On the positive side, the location is convenient and the rooftop pool has a great view. The security staff were also kind and helpful. But there are many other, much better hotel options in KL with rooftop infinity pools and definitely consider those instead. I would not stay here again.

Receptionists are very considerate. I totally forgot the details of the booking. They responded very gracefully. I managed to stayed overnight. The room was quite complete. The view is mindful. Overall i’m satistfied.

Wifi not working and said will send technician to fix but when we came back, still not working. Asked them about it and said that will contact the technician. The whole stay no technician came. The front desk guy was very rude and not helpful, always playing games on the phone even when talking to us. Even told us to go ahead to complain and he doesn’t care about it. Toilet has cockroaches smell. Towels requested for change and didn’t come to change. Toilet has no hangers for hanging clothes and towel and cannot hang inside due to it will get wet inside. Very poor design.

Easy to check in even come at late hour but the staff still convenient to treat. The curtain in the room was falling and when inform the staff they inform will fix it.

Hotel near to food stall and KWC mall. Traffic jam around peak hour. Far from KLCC. Pool okay but gym under maintainance.

The rooftop space is accessible from 9am onwards. It offers a great view of all the highest landmarks in KL. The current bar serves alcohol and halal food. On the ground floor there is a 7-11 convenience store and a large shop selling snacks imported from China. Pudu LRT is a 5min walk away, using a pedestrian overhead bridge and a partially covered path. Many food options in the streets behind, in the way of coffeeshops and mid-range eateries.

Cannot store any luggage at lobby counter , for few minutes also can't. Must pay deposit RM200 online before check in. Terrible service, so many house rules...

Been staying here for couple days for my business event that located nearly , really convenient love the pool and the view and also cant forget their rooms the best !

Customer service very bad attitude..room tv and aircond problem very disappointed

The Location is just perfectly in the main road with public transport, near to few shopping mall like Lalaport, Berjaya Time Square Mall, TRX Exchange Mall, Lot 10 and etc.. Some Chinese local China restaurant is just right at the corner. The most convenience is the 7/11 and Mix store at the lobby (best)!
