"We chose executive king size room. Nothing surprise in the room but the open area for travellers are interesting. It comes with fridge, drinking water machine some utensils. And the most important is its near to the senai airport."
"The location is very good, the price is reasonable, the staff is also very friendly, and the room type is good. The hygiene is a little poor, the ceiling of the room is a bit moldy, and the corners are not cleaned properly, and there is dust and cobwebs."
"Have been here for more than 3 times . the room is quite spacious and clean. The ameneties provided are also complete. excellent customer service. very satisfied."
"Both my friends and I booked separately for different types of room. Supposedly my deluxe king should be better than my friend which is superior king. But was given a room at second level with urine smells in my toilet and room was not properly cleaned and dusty. But surprisingly my friend was upgraded to deluxe king with much better cleaning on third floor than me?? Just because she checked in before me? Checked with reception and requested to move to much cleaner room, regardless of the view outside. And was changed to same number of room on the second floor. On the second day, shower bath and shampoo was not refilled. Requested on the third day before check out few times yet didn’t receive after we checked out the hotel. I didn’t take pictures of my complaint given that the hotel location was great and lobby area was impressive. Hopefully the cleanliness will improve and room was properly maintained and reserved and allocated for guests."

Very Good
NNur Atirah AtashaAll is good but along way the aisle to go to your room there is bgm sound playing it then make it is more scarier if you back to hotel a bit late night. I think no need to play it? Plus idk why I kept hearing someone knocking from nextdoor. But yeah all is good
SShigureIt was an easy and pleasant experience to sty here. Preferred to stay in dormitory because im scared sleeping alone 😂 nearby to senai airport also. Btw no hairdryer provided but its okay. Good
AAnonymous UserNever expect the room is so comfortable🤩 strongly recommend, the room is clean ,large super single bed ,toilet spacious and clean also. Hot water and aircon function well 👍🏼 friendly front desk staff, hotel do provide drinking water. Will book again for my next business trip. 👍🏼
AAaron LIEExceptional for transit and airport access: Located just a 5‑minute walk (≈400 m) from Senai Airport, making it ideal for early flights . Guests consistently praise the location and even mention shuttle service to nearby outlets .
AAnonymous UserThe best hotel on the town.. 💃💃
AAnonymous UserRoom price considering higher than other hotels. The room is looking clean, the toilet clean to use, bed is nice to sleep that not causing itchiness, only thing is that the cup given is dirty and got voice slightly high out of the door as there's quarrell between the customers. However, still considering good as not affecting sleeping at night. Amenities given aren't good enough as there's no soap even got shampoo given in the toilet but it's not in packaging so then would be worry to use.
AAnonymous UserPrice is really low! The hotel has quite nice exterior and lobby, however rooms are a bit down and not well maintain. The cleanliness could have been better, seasoned bedsheets and towels provided.
▶️ Good location, surrounding have food places, walkable to Lotus's Kulai.
▶️ Ample free parking available.
▶️ No water dispenser provided.
Recommend to budget travellers!
JJamie00The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome.
We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play.
However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home!
There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep.
Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night.
The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional.
All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid.
However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.
FFelix TiongI expected a better hotel as advertised at Trip.com. No services provided therefore I gave low ratings. Nonetheless, the floors and towels are clean compared to many hotels.
HHahuhaheClose to Senai airport but not within walking distance. Shower not screened from toilet, so once you shower, the toilet floor is wet. The surrounding environment is very degraded. See a lot of litter. The trash point is an eyesore. Potholes are filled in with construction debris. Not the hotel's fault. But i am not coming back.
