"We chose executive king size room. Nothing surprise in the room but the open area for travellers are interesting. It comes with fridge, drinking water machine some utensils. And the most important is its near to the senai airport."
"The location is very good, the price is reasonable, the staff is also very friendly, and the room type is good. The hygiene is a little poor, the ceiling of the room is a bit moldy, and the corners are not cleaned properly, and there is dust and cobwebs."
"Location not bad,
Room cleanliness average, the toilet door have noise once I tried swing open it .
Since the hotel located at the main road, noise from passing by vehicles can't be avoided.
The soundproof is also not up to standard, I can hear noises from corridors even the door is locked."
"Both my friends and I booked separately for different types of room. Supposedly my deluxe king should be better than my friend which is superior king. But was given a room at second level with urine smells in my toilet and room was not properly cleaned and dusty. But surprisingly my friend was upgraded to deluxe king with much better cleaning on third floor than me?? Just because she checked in before me? Checked with reception and requested to move to much cleaner room, regardless of the view outside. And was changed to same number of room on the second floor. On the second day, shower bath and shampoo was not refilled. Requested on the third day before check out few times yet didn’t receive after we checked out the hotel. I didn’t take pictures of my complaint given that the hotel location was great and lobby area was impressive. Hopefully the cleanliness will improve and room was properly maintained and reserved and allocated for guests."

Very Good
IIMKHALILI stayed for two nights. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The modern design of the hotel, clean lobby, and friendly staff made a great first impression. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, loved the local options like nasi lemak, though the pastries were just nice. For the price, it’s great value for a 4-star hotel with these amenities. I’d recommend it for business travelers or anyone needing a convenient stop near the airport or outlets. Will likely return for my next trip!
SSiew Kuan FooLocation is good as it is near IOI mall and a 24 hour mamak stall nearby. I stayed 1 night for a morning flight at Senai airport. Check in was fast and seamless and staff was very helpful to address my queries with a smile. Check out was fast with different staff from check-in but staff were still courteous. I travel solo and just needed a basic sleep area. The dorm style female only suits my needs. Clean toilet with shower area and shampoo provided. Good & value for money.
GGuest UserEverything was good. Only the toilet flooring will be very slippery after it gets wet. Other than that all are good. Thank you. Happy staying here.
GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently placed close to the airport, it has plenty of amenities for the kids
Food is slightly expensive
Close to aeon mall, about rm 10 via grab
It has a spa
Rooms are spacious and comfortable
Will definitely come again if I have the chance
Thanks for the hospitality
SStephanie YXLDoesnt provide disposable room slippers, hair dryer is super outdated & not working after 1minute of using, need to follow the trend abit to provude slightly better-at least working hairdryer. Location wise is just right opp of Senai airport which is convenient if catching a flight. Bed is comfy but bedsheet & comforter is very old. Its fine cos i use my own disposable bedsheet. Breakfast is simple but good enough for a simple & quick brkfast before catching a flight.
AAnonymous UserRoom price considering higher than other hotels. The room is looking clean, the toilet clean to use, bed is nice to sleep that not causing itchiness, only thing is that the cup given is dirty and got voice slightly high out of the door as there's quarrell between the customers. However, still considering good as not affecting sleeping at night. Amenities given aren't good enough as there's no soap even got shampoo given in the toilet but it's not in packaging so then would be worry to use.
AAnonymous UserPrice is really low! The hotel has quite nice exterior and lobby, however rooms are a bit down and not well maintain. The cleanliness could have been better, seasoned bedsheets and towels provided.
▶️ Good location, surrounding have food places, walkable to Lotus's Kulai.
▶️ Ample free parking available.
▶️ No water dispenser provided.
Recommend to budget travellers!
JJamie00The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome.
We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play.
However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home!
There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep.
Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night.
The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional.
All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid.
However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.
HHahuhaheClose to Senai airport but not within walking distance. Shower not screened from toilet, so once you shower, the toilet floor is wet. The surrounding environment is very degraded. See a lot of litter. The trash point is an eyesore. Potholes are filled in with construction debris. Not the hotel's fault. But i am not coming back.
