The most hassle-free part was definitely the shuttle service. After confirming the time with the front desk in advance, I was able to find the pick-up vehicle at Gate 3 of the domestic arrivals hall right after landing. It took about 5 minutes to get to the hotel, so even a late-night arrival was completely stress-free. The next day's drop-off for my early flight was even more thoughtful; the shuttle departed punctually on the hour and got me to Gate 4 of the domestic departures hall in 8 minutes flat, saving me any anxiety about rushing. They even offered packed breakfasts to eat on the way – truly amazing attention to detail. The room was an even bigger surprise. The facilities looked very new, with smart toilets, disposable face towels, complimentary tea, and even coffee-making equipment all readily available. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The bathroom was spotless with no odd smells, and there was plenty of hot water with good pressure. Plus, with decent soundproofing, I was able to get a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of travel. The surrounding amenities were also very convenient. There are rice noodle shops and flower cake shops downstairs, so you don't have to go far to enjoy some local flavors. The hotel also has a complimentary laundry room and a gym, perfect for doing laundry or getting in a quick workout during a layover. This clean, comfortable, and highly attentive hotel, offering excellent value for money, is absolutely the top choice for anyone transferring in Kunming or catching an early morning flight. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Booked two nights in this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable. The service at the front desk was warm and attentive although they can’t speak proper English. The location was super convenient, with the shopping district and the subway station right outside the door. The only drawbacks were the noise since it is located very nearby the shopping district, you can hear the cars honking sound in the morning, people outside laughing at night after 11pm. Housekeeping lady cleans the room very carefully. The hotel also provides free laundry! Overall, all is well!

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk of the hotel is very good and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location, there are many restaurants nearby, Huaqianfang and Colorful Yunnan are next to it, and there is also a free basketball court [sly smile] The environment is comfortable, the room is clean and hygienic, the Wi-Fi speed is fast, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable, the facilities and equipment are complete, and the cost performance is quite high. I will choose Yishang next time I come.

Good hotel. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room was clean, the towel was bit old as the edges were worn out. But it was clean and white and wrapped in plastic. So no issue using it. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Heating was good. Close to metro station

The location of the hotel is quiet and convenient for parking. The room is large and clean, which is very suitable for families. The young lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Yunnan had a large amount of dry drinking water. I told the young lady that I would arrange for the robot to be delivered immediately. Thank you very much! Stay here next time you come to Kunming.

The location is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and plenty of barbecue options nearby. In fact, there are plenty of food options all around, so you won't go hungry. The hotel is clean and the rooms are tidy; I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel breakfast was also good, with a wide selection, and I could eat my fill in a hygienic way. The front desk and room service staff were very welcoming and helpful, quickly addressing any requests. There's also parking available; it seems to be in the backyard since I didn't have a car. It's quite nice, and for the price, it's definitely worth it!
