Echarm Hotels in Kunming

I had an amazing stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The lobby on the 4th floor is only accessible by 1 of the 2 lifts in the building. The other lift goes to another hotel. I believe all the 4th floor belongs to this hotel so you don't need to take the lift to your rooms. Upon arrival, they gave us a welcome orange drink while we waited at the lobby to be checked-in. The room & toilet are so spacious and is exactly as pictured. For 2 days, the hotel gave us cut fruits (watermelon, honeydew & dragon fruit) and also the 鲜花饼 flower cake from 花满楼 Miss Happy! The hotel is close to where the food is so we were never hungry. Thank you to 邶秋 for sharing useful info via WeChat during our check-in, otherwise we would not know there is a free self-service washing machine & dryer at room 8857 and a gym as well. It was pretty quiet the whole time I stayed so we were well-rested. I am already looking forward to my next stay with this hotel!

Stayed for two nights in a row, it was clean and tidy, the whole house was smart and really convenient, it can be said to be a spacious and bright version of the Four Seasons, the staff were very friendly and professional, washing and drying were convenient, the rice noodles for breakfast were good, and the transportation was convenient, it exceeded expectations, very good!

It's a nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The service was good. We good free shuttle from and to airport.

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk of the hotel is very good and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location, there are many restaurants nearby, Huaqianfang and Colorful Yunnan are next to it, and there is also a free basketball court [sly smile] The environment is comfortable, the room is clean and hygienic, the Wi-Fi speed is fast, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable, the facilities and equipment are complete, and the cost performance is quite high. I will choose Yishang next time I come.

Arrived late to the hotel for check in and the staff doesn't look very welcoming? Check in process was quick. That's that. This hotel feels like in the middle of no where, only near metro. I like the room design. Separate door to the toilet and shower room, consistent hot water during showering, sealed and clean tower, dehumidifier (it's really a thoughtful touch for the dryness in the winter!) and fluffy bed. Not a fan of the lighting because it was a bit too dim for my liking. Limited tv channels (all local program) and most of them required payment to watch. I didn't get to check out the facilities because I only stay for a day.

This is a very warm store! After booking, there will be a young lady calling to ask what time to check in. The specific location and parking route of the hotel will be sent. The location is very good. It is close to Kunming Haile World Shopping Center. The free underground parking lot is safe and clean! As soon as I entered the 8th floor, the fragrance came to the front desk. The decoration style was light and luxurious. There were many pastries and fruit drinks that could be used at will. It is worth mentioning that the freshly ground coffee tastes very good! The front desk lady is warm and caring, and the service is very warm! The hotel has a comfortable environment, the room facilities are well-equipped and easy to use, and the bedding is good to sleep! Clean and tidy, no smell, details are in place! A very cost-effective Yishang chain hotel, will choose to stay next time! I hope the hotel can keep it and will recommend it to friends!

Before booking the hotel, I looked at the room photos and decided on the one because it looked like a relatively new decoration style, so I booked it. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, which is easy to find. The rooms are of the same standard and are good, except for the exterior of the building, which is a little worse and the shared elevator is a bit old. Overall it's OK. There is a big vegetable market next to here, which is very lively and has cheap fruit and snacks.
