It's literally right next to Tangzixiang Metro Station and very close to major commercial landmarks such as Kunming Henglong Plaza and Shuncheng Shopping Center, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and exploring local culinary delights. The front desk staff are exceptionally warm and attentive, offering 24-hour service and self-service check-in options. Guests are treated to complimentary flower cakes and fruit in the evenings, and free luggage storage is also provided. The team is always ready to assist, promptly addressing any guest requests or issues.

The room was really satisfactory. The details were well done. Especially the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. We were traveling with two families. Hotel selection is very important. This hotel is trustworthy. (One more thing to explain is that we are tourists from Xinjiang. The front desk staff insisted on asking us about our next itinerary. Where did we come from and where did we go? Don’t Xinjiang people belong to the People’s Republic of China?) Guests from other places don’t ask at all. This is different treatment.

The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff are nice and helpful even though they barely speak English, they would try to find a way to communicate with you. This hotel is highly recommended especially for anyone who wants to take a siesta while you're waiting for your flight transfer.

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk of the hotel is very good and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location, there are many restaurants nearby, Huaqianfang and Colorful Yunnan are next to it, and there is also a free basketball court [sly smile] The environment is comfortable, the room is clean and hygienic, the Wi-Fi speed is fast, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable, the facilities and equipment are complete, and the cost performance is quite high. I will choose Yishang next time I come.

I have stayed at Yishang in other cities before, so I chose Yishang in Kunming this time. The bed in the family room is relatively wide, with a large bed and a narrow bed, which is a little harder. Although the room is not big, it has all the basic functions, including a bedside night light and a mirror light, which is very convenient. The air conditioner is very warm, the bath water is super good, and the shower room and toilet are very large. There is also a detachable clothesline in the shower room for hanging wet clothes, which is very useful. The breakfast variety is relatively rich, and the donut bread is delicious. The service attitude of the front desk brother is really good! The hotel is located 20 minutes by taxi from the airport.

Before booking the hotel, I looked at the room photos and decided on the one because it looked like a relatively new decoration style, so I booked it. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, which is easy to find. The rooms are of the same standard and are good, except for the exterior of the building, which is a little worse and the shared elevator is a bit old. Overall it's OK. There is a big vegetable market next to here, which is very lively and has cheap fruit and snacks.
