Facilities: The laundry is super convenient, and they have dryers too. Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless, I have no complaints. Ambiance: The environment is great, the hotel stay was very comfortable, couldn't even spot a single bug... I was genuinely impressed. Service: The front desk staff are all amazing! Every day they'd keep an eye out for when we returned and send fresh flower cakes and fresh fruit to our room, haha, it's truly a wonderful hotel. I didn't want to leave... Next time I'm in Kunming, I'll definitely book this place again. It's super convenient for getting anywhere!

Cost-effectiveness: When traveling, the first choice of accommodation is relatively cost-effective, and the environment is comfortable. His hotel is mid-range and a national chain, which is very reassuring. Hygiene: The hygiene of the room is what I care most about when staying in a hotel. When I arrived at the hotel and checked in, I felt more warm when entering the room. The hotel hygiene was also relatively clean and tidy, so I felt relieved to check in. I like the hotel.

The drivers thy do the shuttle service are obviously under stress, they seem to be impatient and rude. No one wants to gr to an angry driver after landing maybe from a delayed flight overnight. A bit of compassion towards the customers would be appreciated and it would look better for the hotel image. Beside this, the hotel is clean and very close to the airport and not overpriced so happy with it overall. Breakfast is below average , better options in the airport for sure.

The location is great, really close to the subway, which makes getting to all the major attractions super easy and saves a lot on taxi fares. The room size isn't small at all, and there's plenty of storage space for luggage and backpacks. No need to worry about cleanliness – the sheets and duvet covers are changed daily, and the bathroom is dry with no standing water or musty smells. The WiFi is fast, perfect for streaming shows or looking up travel info. The front desk staff are genuinely helpful, giving recommendations for local, affordable eats and helping us avoid overpriced tourist traps. The soundproofing is decent; hallway noise isn't an issue, so you can get a good night's sleep. There were no hidden fees, and the facilities are perfectly adequate. If you're on a budget, this place is a fantastic choice – incredible value for money!

The location is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and plenty of barbecue options nearby. In fact, there are plenty of food options all around, so you won't go hungry. The hotel is clean and the rooms are tidy; I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel breakfast was also good, with a wide selection, and I could eat my fill in a hygienic way. The front desk and room service staff were very welcoming and helpful, quickly addressing any requests. There's also parking available; it seems to be in the backyard since I didn't have a car. It's quite nice, and for the price, it's definitely worth it!

Arrived late to the hotel for check in and the staff doesn't look very welcoming? Check in process was quick. That's that. This hotel feels like in the middle of no where, only near metro. I like the room design. Separate door to the toilet and shower room, consistent hot water during showering, sealed and clean tower, dehumidifier (it's really a thoughtful touch for the dryness in the winter!) and fluffy bed. Not a fan of the lighting because it was a bit too dim for my liking. Limited tv channels (all local program) and most of them required payment to watch. I didn't get to check out the facilities because I only stay for a day.

The service was excellent, and the bed was very soft. I arrived in the early morning, was incredibly tired, and fell asleep the moment my head hit the bed. Breakfast was provided, and the receptionists (Zhao Huanqin and Jiang Mi) even asked what time I wanted it delivered to my room. I needed laundry bag, which they had already sent via robot. I couldn't find a comb in the room, so I asked the housekeeping staff to get it for me, and they provided one. The service was truly wonderful; I was very touched.
