the hotel location is great, you go outside and it’s already in the middle of nanping street, so it is easy to stroll around, the area is lively. i forgot to take pictures of the room but it was the same as in the pictures, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the staffs and services were amzing, we sent luggages from other cities directly to this hotel and they helped us received everything safely. if you order food or stuffs they have a robot that will automatically send it to your room which was very convenient. overall it’s a really good stay!

The hotel is very good. It is near Kunming Airport. I often stay there. Their free pick-up and drop-off service is very good. You are not afraid of being woken up if you are late. The room is also clean and hygienic. If you come early, you will get a packed breakfast. The service is very good, and the beauty at the front desk is also very smiling😊! Recommended.

This Hanting Hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the location is excellent – super convenient for getting around, right on the old street in the city center. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and went above and beyond, actively helping with our luggage. They were warm, attentive, and very thoughtful, really paying attention to the details. They even recommended a lot of great places to eat when we checked in, and the food was delicious! The room was comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Kunming!

Staying in a newly renovated hotel is just so comfortable! It's clean and tidy, and the family room is spacious enough, with one 1.8-meter bed and one 1.35-meter bed – it's hard to find a room like this. My two kids and I stayed there and it was super comfortable! The room was very quiet at night, and the blackout curtains were excellent; it was completely dark even during the day when closed. The hotel's environment fully matched the pictures shown online. Every staff member, including the cleaning aunties, was warm, polite, and provided thoughtful service – it was truly heartwarming! The breakfast was abundant, and the three stir-fried dishes in the hot food section were different every day and tasted great! We stayed for ten consecutive days and were satisfied every single day. The hotel's location is also excellent, in the old district of Wuhua, so nothing is far away! Behind it is the Kunming Zoo, which has a large, shady garden with lots of trees and many animals, plus some amusement park rides that the kids really enjoyed. The only minor flaw is: when room cleaning doesn't require changing the sheets, it would be great if the beds could still be made neatly. Guests who have had a long day would surely feel much better returning to a tidy room!

It rained for three days straight in Kunming, but I finally got to enjoy socks without worry at this hotel! The washer and dryer were even better than mine at home; I could wash my socks at night and wear them the next morning. The lady at the breakfast noodle stall saw me hesitating over my bowl and promptly prepared a local-style version for me – it smelled amazing! The large window in my room faced a lush green area; with the window closed, it was as quiet as a library. The receptionist was always smiling as she passed by, and when I asked for directions, she drew me a hand-drawn map – her handwriting was messy, but incredibly useful. The delivery robot could take the elevator by itself; I bumped into it several times in the hallway, and it always seemed to know the way better than I did. The bedding was so soft you didn't want to move. I stayed three nights, and every day when I came back, the towels were neatly folded, and they'd even coiled up the charging cable I'd left on the table – a detail-oriented person's delight. Oh, and the freshly brewed coffee in the lobby was delicious, just as good as Luckin Coffee. I sat by the revolving door with my paper cup, watching the rain for half an hour – that's probably the relaxing feeling of traveling. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Kunming. It's rare to find a place where even someone as forgetful as me can be so well taken care of.

They also offer milk for kids, and freshly squeezed soy milk. The laundry room is a huge plus, especially the dryer – it's super convenient. You can wash your clothes in 20 minutes and dry them in an hour!

This is a hidden gem hotel with an incredibly high cost-performance ratio. It boasts a convenient location with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. A night market is just 2 kilometers away by shared electric scooter, and a commercial center is right next door. The surrounding area is well-equipped and convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and odor-free, with excellent facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process quick and hassle-free. The night shifts are well-organized, providing a strong sense of security. It's suitable for both business and leisure travel. Highly recommended! Definitely worth checking out again and again!

We booked a family room, and it was great. The bathroom, sink, and shower are all separated, so multiple people can use them at the same time without any issues. It's very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really convenient. The front desk manager provided excellent and patient service.

The ladies at the front desk were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Every time, they warmly offered us water and provided detailed travel tips. The room was clean and tidy, and the self-service breakfast was also clean and abundant. Every staff member was very dedicated and responsible. We had a great experience!

Ms. Zhang and Ms. Lu at the front desk were professional and efficient, warm and thoughtful, personalized, and very patient to help me solve the problem. They not only handed in hot tea, but also remembered my room number preference. The second time I checked in, I arranged the same room directly, as if I went home.
