This is a Hanting 3.5 new version, with clean and tidy rooms and well-maintained hardware. The bedding is comfortable to sleep in. It features a self-service laundry room with a dryer, which is very convenient for doing laundry on long trips. There are also robots for delivering meals and items, adding to the overall experience. The front desk efficiently handles check-ins, and luggage can be stored for free. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including simple local Yunnan rice noodles, catering to different tastes.

The experience of staying on the trip is excellent and must be given a five-star praise. The hotel has an elegant environment and the public areas are clean and refreshing. The room has a good view, the interior is warm and comfortable, and the cleaning is clean and there is no smell. The comfort of the mattress pillow is full, and I sleep until dawn. The supporting facilities are complete and the daily living needs can be met. The staff is friendly and the service is meticulous and intimate. The location of travel and play is very convenient, the overall living experience is relaxed and comfortable, and the travel accommodation is very reliable.

Choosing this Hanting hotel for our Kunming trip was absolutely the right decision! It was incredibly convenient for buying flower cakes and trying local Yunnan snacks. In the evenings, after exploring the night market, it was only a short stroll back to the hotel. We didn't have to worry about the rain at all, as we'd be back at the hotel in no time. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The mattress and pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm – so we slept really well. The front desk staff were very friendly and handled check-in and check-out quickly. They even proactively recommended restaurants popular with locals and patiently answered all our questions about directions. When we checked out, they thoughtfully gave us two bottles of water for our journey, which was a really sweet touch. For its downtown location, the price offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming, and I highly recommend it to other travelers!

Fantastic hotel experience! The location is great, really close to the North Bus Station and the subway, which makes getting around and shopping super convenient. The room was clean and didn't have any strange smells, and the bedding was soft. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying in a newly renovated hotel is just so comfortable! It's clean and tidy, and the family room is spacious enough, with one 1.8-meter bed and one 1.35-meter bed – it's hard to find a room like this. My two kids and I stayed there and it was super comfortable! The room was very quiet at night, and the blackout curtains were excellent; it was completely dark even during the day when closed. The hotel's environment fully matched the pictures shown online. Every staff member, including the cleaning aunties, was warm, polite, and provided thoughtful service – it was truly heartwarming! The breakfast was abundant, and the three stir-fried dishes in the hot food section were different every day and tasted great! We stayed for ten consecutive days and were satisfied every single day. The hotel's location is also excellent, in the old district of Wuhua, so nothing is far away! Behind it is the Kunming Zoo, which has a large, shady garden with lots of trees and many animals, plus some amusement park rides that the kids really enjoyed. The only minor flaw is: when room cleaning doesn't require changing the sheets, it would be great if the beds could still be made neatly. Guests who have had a long day would surely feel much better returning to a tidy room!

The hotel is very good. It is near Kunming Airport. I often stay there. Their free pick-up and drop-off service is very good. You are not afraid of being woken up if you are late. The room is also clean and hygienic. If you come early, you will get a packed breakfast. The service is very good, and the beauty at the front desk is also very smiling😊! Recommended.

I used to stay on the 7th and 5th floors, but this time I stayed on the 4th floor; What's great about this Hanting Hotel is: 1. The PA lady on the 4th floor was warm and considerate, very polite, I really want their boss to give her a raise; 2. When I was busy at the hotel front desk, I put clothes in the washing machine and they would dry them for me by having the robot bring them up without me having to go down again. The service was great.

The Hanting Hotel was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during this trip to Kunming. It was clean and tidy, and very quiet at night, which was conducive to a good night's sleep. The sofa and table were just right for the children to do their homework and play. The location is in the city center, and the Cancer Hospital is right behind the hotel. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious – highly recommended! 👍🏻

Location is super convenient, right by several universities so you can explore their campuses. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside. Highly recommend this place, five stars!
