The room was clean and I appreciated having a window. The front desk service was excellent. I found out upon check-in that there's a zoo nearby, a flower cake shop, and places to eat 'Guoqiao Mixian' (Crossing the Bridge Noodles). The location is also great, making it convenient to get everywhere. It wasn't noisy at night, so I slept well. The value for money is good. There are also plenty of delivery options, including local specialties. The only minor drawback is that water from the sink in the bathroom doesn't drain automatically, so the floor gets wet and stays that way.

A really excellent hotel. The front desk staff were professional and attentive, always thinking about the guests. The lighting throughout the hotel was soft and comfortable, and the shower water temperature was just right. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. What surprised me the most, though, were the toiletries – they were fantastic! After washing, my hair and body felt clean but not dry or stripped. My hair was soft yet clean and fluffy, and my skin felt refreshed and smooth. A truly great stay.

The hotel was easy to find, just 50 meters from Exit E of Huancheng South Road subway station, next to the business hall. The interior was clean and tidy, and the double room was larger than several other hotels I've stayed in. However, the service wasn't satisfactory. Breakfast wasn't included when I booked the room, but the receptionist persuaded me to buy it, thinking it wasn't expensive. However, the receptionist didn't explain the breakfast hours, and I was confused when I called the front desk the next morning. I called twice, but no one answered, and I was using the room's landline. So I decided to go to the restaurant on the third floor. But when I went to the restaurant for breakfast, I didn't know that the room card needed to be swiped twice in the elevator. The receptionist hadn't explained this, which caused a lot of trouble, and I had to go back to the first floor to ask. Anyway, I was furious about this that day. I was so angry!

The bedding was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom facilities were high-end and spotless, with attention to detail evident in touches like welcome fruit and turndown service. Location: The location was extremely convenient. It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet. Special Compliments: A big thank you to the front desk for their exceptional service, including helping us with printing. Their friendly smiles made this stay a truly warm and memorable experience.

There are not many hotel options in Yiling. It was my first time staying at Hanting Hotel and it felt pretty good. The overall environment and facilities are OK, and the attitudes of the ladies at the front desk are very good👍. The navigation to the store entrance is a bit difficult to find... When we first checked in, we stayed in a regular king-size room (Figure 1-3). Due to temporary hot water supply, we needed to pump water, and water kept pouring onto the parking awning outside the window, making it impossible to sleep properly. Fortunately, the front desk was smart enough to change our room (superior king-size bed room, Figures 4 and 5) so we could sleep peacefully. p.s. There is only one general king-size room (not a superior king-size room) on each floor, and it is close to the elevator entrance, so it might be noisy? (We finally changed rooms and it wasn’t noisy)
