I reported this to the front desk, and they had a technician fix it. However, despite the repair, my family and I genuinely struggled to get proper rest during our entire stay. Although we were informed the 5th floor might be noisy due to the KTV downstairs, it felt more like sleeping directly above a nightclub. Almost every night, until 2 or 3 AM, the walls noticeably vibrated, and the noise was overwhelmingly loud. Consequently, with my child, we rarely managed to fall asleep before 1 or 2 AM, often not until 2 or 3 AM.
