I went out with my family to play, and although I rarely comment on things I bought, I must give this hotel a thumbs up. First of all, the front desk staff smiled and served me throughout the check-in process. Everything in the room was new and complete. There is also a laundry room and gym on the 3rd floor. The breakfast in the restaurant was also delicious, and they had Yunnan specialty rice noodles.

The hotel is newly renovated, the facilities are very good, the air conditioner can cool and heat, it is a good choice when the weather is cooling down, the service of the hotel is very thoughtful, the service staff are very dedicated, just like their own home, the facilities in the room are of high quality, the bedding is also very comfortable, the hotel also provides free upgrades, the executive lounge is not bad, the hotel's breakfast is also in line with the standards of star hotels, desserts, noodles, rice buns, stir-fried dishes, fruits, coffee, in short, I am very satisfied with this stay, I will come again next time.

Wonderful hotel. We always stay here when visiting friends in Kunming. Fairly convenient - though we often took Didi to get places. Top of the list is their service. It is first class! They go out of your way to help and often took the initiative to ask us if we needed help. Front desk is always fully staffed as is the breakfast area. The breakfast is bountiful. Not a 5-start buffet but more than enough, mostly fresh, options to choose from. The exercise room is simple but all the machines work and it's clean. The whole hotel is clean and new. Even have free laundry service. They spent time understanding what travelers need and pay attention to even small details like bumper guards on corners! The restaurant attached is a bit pricey but also excellent service and good food. They even have private rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors for no extra charge (for about 15 people). I think the only requirement is a min number of people. We used it two times. The only think they can improve is to add a little refregerator to the room.

I pay more attention to details, especially in hotels. After checking in, I was completely attracted by the place. The hotel has done a great job with the details. I stayed in a parent-child room, which had a small slide, a Minions theme, and even a separate washbasin for the children. The bathtub is so convenient, and a disposable bathtub cover is also provided. The bathroom shower room, toilet and restroom are all separated. Not only convenient, but also clean. The experience is very good. It even surpasses some big-name quasi-five-star hotels.

The details are everywhere: there are free tea and small candies in the lobby when you check in. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator and the free minibar drinks are very intimate. The pillows and mattresses are moderately firm and hard. I especially want to praise seeing that we have brought children, took the initiative to put a few more bottles of water and provided children's slippers. This meticulous care makes people feel as warm as at home, great value for money, is a perfect stay experience!

The hotel is situated within the park grounds. If you drive, you can park in the underground garage, and the hotel offers a friendly electric cart pick-up service, even though the walk itself is only about five minutes. This is hands down the most convenient hotel I've ever stayed at! Right across from the hotel entrance are a 7-Eleven and MINISO, making it incredibly convenient to buy daily essentials. Next door, there's a KFC and Jianxinyuan, and within a few minutes' walk, you'll find many Yunnan specialty restaurants. With so many dining choices, there's absolutely no need for food delivery. After dinner, you can stroll around the beautiful park grounds, which include an Ocean Park and a ski resort – perfect for families with kids. The hotel truly goes above and beyond. They welcome you with flower cakes and tea, provide fresh fruit daily, and dessert every evening. For breakfast, you choose a set menu in advance, with rich and distinctive options. Since we woke up late and had small appetites, we practically made breakfast our brunch.

The location is very good. If you drive, there is a parking lot behind the lobby on the first floor, and it is also close to the subway. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. There is a cross-bridge rice noodle restaurant next door, a fruit shop opposite, and a Dai restaurant a few hundred meters away. The Xiehe pilaf is amazing, the prices are very reasonable, and there is no rip-off! The room is clean and hygienic, with a decent size. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. However, you need to pay for toiletries such as disposable face towels, but it's okay, as I will bring these disposable items with me when I go out. The hotel's disposable slippers are well received, very wide and comfortable, not the thin ones in other hotels! The front desk service was also very good and they answered questions enthusiastically. If the hotel opens a breakfast restaurant and renovates the rooms, it will definitely be a 3-diamond hotel.

The smart lighting and curtain system were incredibly convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and a good night's sleep washed away a day's fatigue. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the hot water was fast and consistent. The most surprising thing was the breakfast, which was rich and varied, with Chinese buns, congee, and stir-fries, as well as Western bread, coffee, and milk. The taste was excellent, catering to every taste. This hotel is truly excellent in every way, and I will definitely choose it again on my future business trips!
