For a family guest staying for four or five days, this is simply not too considerate! What made me feel even more at home was the front desk staff Tan Hao. He was handsome and considerate. I checked in at 13:00 and the room had not been cleaned during the holiday. When I learned that I was anxious to take my children to the zoo that day, Tan Hao suggested that I could store my luggage. , seeing that the children were tired at noon, I gave the two children a box of watermelon and small bubbles. The children suddenly became happy and energetic! After checking in, the toilet in the room is relatively smart. Children and elders are not very good at using it. They accidentally closed the water valve. The staff patiently explained and came to the room to solve the problem. After the five-day trip, I was in a hurry every day. I thought the pace could be slower on the last day. I asked about the check-out time and was told that it was 12:00. Tan Hao saw my hesitation and asked me if I needed to delay my arrival. Check out at 14:00, he can help me apply. Everyone can understand my surprise! What moved me the most was that after I finished washing the children’s clothes, I planned to go downstairs and put the clothes in the dryer, but I found that the staff had already put the clothes in the dryer! Is it normal for my two to live in a big bed room together? The maximum limit of breakfast coupons per room is 2 tickets. If you register 1 person, you will give 1 ticket. For this matter, I have to go outside to find breakfast for the first time. It is recommended to improve!

I'm so glad I chose this hotel! Stepping into the lobby, I immediately felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a decor that was both simple and stylish. The room facilities were all new; the AC heating worked perfectly, and there was always ample hot water. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, right down to the surprisingly good quality toiletries. Nights were incredibly quiet; I wasn't disturbed at all and slept incredibly soundly. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. It's conveniently located, not too far from the main attractions, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

We changed to a bigger room as the room was too small but the second bed was just a blanket over it . Convenient as it was very near to Nanping street and restaurants were nearby within minutes. Recommended

The hotel is new and very clean, so you can definitely relax and enjoy your stay. The whole room is equipped with a smart smart speaker, so you don't have to search for switches. The Aocheng Building and the ”Spring City Memories” photo spot are right downstairs, and it's very convenient to get to the food street and various attractions in Kunming. Just swipe your card and take the subway, and you're good to go anywhere!

The rooms are new and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding that ensured a very restful sleep. The self-service laundry machine was incredibly useful, making it easy to do laundry during the trip. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in was quick, and they even proactively shared local tips for dining and sightseeing. Cleanliness was top-notch, with both the rooms and public areas being spotless and odor-free.

Highly recommend the Duplex Two-bedroom parent-child room if you are travelling with children. The room is cosy and comes with thoughtful, kid-friendly amenities such as a potty seat, two-step stepper, room slipper, Lego, soft toys, etc. The staff are also friendly and helpful when I requested some help with returning the power bank even when I arrived at the hotel at almost 10pm. Additionally, there is a wide selection of breakfast for you to preorder in advance. Truly enjoyed our stay here.
