The hotel was great; the room matched the pictures perfectly, and I loved the decor. All the facilities were beautifully arranged, and the hotel was clean and hygienic, making my stay worry-free. The soundproofing was excellent, and I slept soundly all night. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. The housekeeper was also very attentive, helping us with our luggage and personally escorting us to our room.

And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. 過了好久終於有時間評價了。來了昆明很多次，這次為了帶小朋友去濕地公園划船，選擇了海晏這家民宿，結果很驚喜。首先，民宿離濕地公園和海晏村都很近，步行就到。其次，在民宿樓頂看日落，非常方便，樓頂設計也非常契合日落美景，樓下的鞦韆讓小朋友流連忘返。最後，民宿工作人員的服務也熱情周到，深夜也能到景區外來接人，毫無怨言，特別感謝。

一下高鐵就有人來接我們，真的真的太幸福了！酒店離高鐵站20分鐘，離機場15分鐘，太方便了，酒店門口就是洱海，超級無敵漂亮，情緒價值拉滿了，老闆娘還準備了精美的下午茶，蒼山洱海就在眼前，妥妥的夢中生活了。酒店太棒了，超過了我的想象
