The warm hospitality of the staffs are commendable and very helpful and caring . Breakfast spread is very good. No hesitation to recommend it.

The room is spacious and clean, the service is warm and thoughtful, the hotel is very close to the subway station, there are many restaurants around, and it is next to Wanda Plaza. The room is also very soundproof. I will stay here again next time. I really recommend it, especially the lady at the front desk who was very enthusiastic in guiding us to park and help with our luggage, and reminded us to bring thick clothes. The location is good, pick up upon arrival worked good. The room is modern and clean. The washing mashine and drier are also free and modern. The staff at the reception is also very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a huge building, but they occupe only the floors 25-26-27. This huge building has only 3 elevators and we needed always extra long time to go down or up (like 5-10 min.). Because this reason we arrived at 8:02 down to the reception and saw that the minivan left without us and we needed to call a taxi by our costs.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway station, and there are places to eat downstairs. The service is also very good. We arrived in the middle of the night and the front desk warmly welcomed us. We were also upgraded to a new room. The family suite is very good, with a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very suitable for family travel. The room is also very clean and you can stay there with confidence. A perfect trip. 👍🏻👍🏻

Children especially like this room, it’s so fun and looks like a hammock. The room is large, has a wide view, and is very clean. The intelligent voice-controlled lights and curtains responded to my call at the drop of a hat. My kids almost yelled at me 😂. There is also afternoon tea at the front desk, with various teas and snacks available for eating and drinking. The young lady is also very enthusiastic, gentle and caring. Pick-up at the high-speed rail station: When we checked out, they called a car and took us to the high-speed rail station for free. This check-in experience was very nice.

I accompanied my child to take an exam on this trip. The hotel prepared a special exam gift package for the students taking the exam. Although there was a small episode after checking in, the door originally wanted to complain to a little girl at the front desk. After that, the little girl who blamed the store manager apologized and explained. When I saw the students taking the exam, I chose to understand and forgive them on the same day. It is not easy for young people who work and take exams. So I chose to praise the little sister Lu Xue at the front desk. She is skilled in business and meticulous. Dumplings and glutinous rice balls were prepared on the winter solstice, and the porridge that arrived late at night was also very good. In addition, the order was partially modified halfway, and a customer service representative of Ctrip helped to deal with it in time. It was a perfect trip!

The room was clean and the aunt was very kind and kind. There were a lot of food near the hotel. Although I stayed for one night, the experience was very good. I forgot to take photos. A relatively new hotel. Perfect for a overnight stay for people rushing to the high speed the next morning. Room was big and comfortable. We booked for the non smoking level but there is an ashtray on the living room table and u can smell cigarette smoke along corridor. Really wished this country makes more effort in advocating for non smoking despite signs beinf put up. We managed to search for a little night market, Shilin night market about 10 mins taxi ride away from the hotel. Maybe hotel can provide more information about places around for tourists. It is also a short walking distance to the metro which is linked to high speed as well. Managed to book the free pick up from high speed to hotel however the next day's hotel to high speed is already fully booked. We also didn't managed to have breakfast due to timing of our high speed.

The parking lot is super large and parking is very convenient. The hotel is next to a school. The environment is quiet, clean and sanitary. The bedding is comfortable. It would be better if breakfast could be served until 10 o'clock.

The hotel room is comfortable and well-lit. The front desk lady at No. 005 upgraded my room for free. Other ladies also took the initiative to bring children's toothbrushes and slippers when they saw me with children. The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off service. Due to the occasional drop in temperature, the heater in the car was turned on in advance. Thanks to Xiao Zhang who picked me up and Xiao Wang who sent me to the station! I will choose Vienna Hotel again when I come to Kunming in the future!
