IU Hotels in Kunming

Overall, it was a pleasant stay at IU Hotel. This hotel is mainly for those catching a flight at Kunming Changshui airport, it is far from the city Center so I would not recommend staying here if you intend to travel the city for a few days. The room was clean and spacious. Since it is quite far away from the city centre, it was pretty quiet as well so I had a good night rest. The hotel provided breakfast and it was quite delicious. Additionally, they provide free shuttle to the airport (~15 mins ride) and it starts quite early (4am) so those flying off early in the morning will not need to worry. There’s a convenience store nearby and many delivery options here so you don’t need to worry about food options. Would recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in quick and efficient. The location is also super convenient for getting around. The overall ambiance is quiet and elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

I had an early flight the next morning, so I just looked for a cheap hotel to stay for one night. I didn't expect that for just 100 a night, the owner even offered a free shuttle to the airport the next morning. That was really great!
