Ramada Hotels in Kunming

Location is near to Kunming train station. First time encountered a hotel that shared with more than 10 hotels in a building si elevator may have cigarettes smell. Service staff, Ming Yu Li, is awesome! She’s super friendly and picked us up from the train station in the middle of the night by foot and we walked back together and brought us umbrellas as it was drizzling. She helped us booked “didi” via our app to the airport. Answered our queries when she’s on duty. The other staff were very rude, as though we owed them when we enquired from them the next day. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a great environment. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. There are also many local snacks nearby.

The location is quite close to both bus and subway stations. The room is spacious with a sofa, a lounge chair, and a coffee table. The bed is large enough to comfortably accommodate a small child. The bathroom and washroom have separate wet and dry areas, and the bathroom even has an emergency call device – a thoughtful touch. There's also a vanity for convenience. The curtains are automatic, which is smart, and there's a large-screen TV. The room is cleaned daily. Notably, the hotel provides a complimentary breakfast, which is quite varied, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes, with freshly updated grains, vegetables, and fruits daily. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Kunming.
