"Excellent hotel, great professional staff, and very good location. Location is very central and restaurants everywhere downstairs. The hotel room is clean and very well appointed. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China."
"The location of this hotel is very convenient, the stay experience is superb, the hotel front desk service is particularly good, and the dried fruit and yogurt are also delivered, very warm, the room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the bed in the room is also very comfortable to sleep, the room has a humidifier very suitable for Xinjiang weather, too practical! The price is very high, the hotel facilities are also good, there is a self-service laundry room, there is a gym, there are many types of breakfast in the breakfast room, hot dishes and cold dishes, fruits and snacks, the overall atmosphere is warm, it is a good choice for my trip, I really recommend it! ! !"
"The hotel environment is very good, the hardware facilities are good, it is a chain hotel, the beauty at the front desk gave me a breakfast voucher, the hotel mattress is comfortable, the transportation is convenient, and shopping is convenient. I highly recommend it"

"This hotel was the most satisfying stay for all of us during my 20-plus-day trip to Xinjiang. The decor is solid, the layout is beautiful, and the amenities are comprehensive. Everything exceeded our expectations!
Amenities: The common area has a smart washing machine and clothes drying rack, with laundry detergent provided. The breakfast was excellent (I didn't try it, but my family did! 😋). There were two smart toilets, two TVs, and tea bags provided in the water heater. It was quite complete!
The family room I booked had a one-bedroom, one-living room, and two bathrooms. There was a dressing area at the entrance, a dining table and a small sofa in the living room, and two TVs in total—one in the bedroom and one in the living room! The two bathrooms were incredibly convenient! There were three mirrors, plenty for makeup! The bathroom in the bedroom had a separate wet and dry area! Owner! You're so thoughtful! It was so convenient! The shower even had a retractable clothesline! I drove all the way to Kuqa, exhausted from the entire Duku Highway. I was so lucky to stay in this amazing hotel. I had a wonderful night's rest! I didn't plan to stay in Kuqa for long, so I only stayed one night before leaving! I've stayed in all sorts of rooms along the way, so I'm fine with anything else here. But this hotel was a real surprise! It was amazing! It was so worth it! The value was fantastic! The living room and bedroom both had independent central air conditioning, which was absolutely amazing! The cooling was incredible!
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, no odors. The windows had built-in screens that could be opened for ventilation. The bedding was comfortable, and there were pillows of varying heights for you to choose from.
Environment: Conveniently located near the hotel, there's a supermarket and parking.
Service: Excellent service, and the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly!
This is the only hotel I've stayed at in Xinjiang. I'm going to take photos and write a review. I wish the owner good business and great success!"
"This stay was really a surprise! From the beginning of the get off the bus, I felt full of intimate, the doorman took the initiative to help with the luggage, and smiled to introduce the surrounding route. Check-in at the front desk is super fast, the room is simply a healing department! It was clean as if it had just been disinfected. The bedding was so soft that I didn't want to get up when I lay down. I turned off the light at night and was quiet enough to hear my breathing, and the quality of sleep was directly full. The bathroom is very good at separating dry and wet, hot water is out in seconds, and even the toiletries are faintly fragrant."
"1. The location is particularly good, five minutes walk to Guizi Town, Huamao Street, it is especially convenient to go out at night.
2. The hotel is very stylish. During the day, we will nest in the hotel, or swim or rest in the house. It is very comfortable.
3. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is still suitable for taste. If you want to eat local breakfast, the street at the door is breakfast in the morning. Daxuan is only 4 yuan. My husband bought two.
4. The smart device in the room is loved by children, and happily talks to the smart housekeeper and watches TV.
We are a family of four, so the suite is set, the child and us are separated from two rooms, do not interfere with each other, very good"
"This is a newly opened hotel with great service, facilities and location. I stayed in the hotel for two nights and it was a good way to prepare for my trip. There is a new barbecue restaurant downstairs which is great. The hotel manager is very responsible and highly recommended."
"Kuqa is really a treasure city that only came to know, not only understand the history of Guizi, Daqi alleys, Kuqa Old Street and Daji, compared with similar scenic spots in Kashgar, less commercial atmosphere, and more friendly and natural. Home here also gave me a refreshing feeling, clean and tidy, from the uncle in the parking lot to the front desk cleaning, every staff member is warm and thoughtful, really have a feeling of family of people of all ethnic groups, very good."
"The treasure hotel on the journey was discovered by me🏨
Style: The B&B is mainly in Uyghur architectural style, full of exotic ethnic customs, the courtyard is spacious and exquisitely designed, suitable for taking pictures, especially for taking pictures! Sisters who like taking pictures can rush in without hesitation!
Room facilities and hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the hygiene is good! Very satisfied!
Service quality: The waiter is very enthusiastic, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, and the front desk staff are especially well received. They can take the initiative to help solve problems and provide travel suggestions. Love it!
If there is enough time, I want to lie here for a day😁😁😁"
"What an unexpected reward. During the day, I drove to Kuqa Kizil Grottoes and Tianshan Grand Canyon. At night, I ate meat next to Kuqa Palace. When I booked a hotel, I found this newly opened hotel. It was affordable and included breakfast. I booked a room without hesitation! As a result... the room was really big... the environment was great... the facilities were also good! The breakfast was also rich... What an unexpected reward. I have recommended it to my friends who are going to travel to Kuqa recently."

CChensuxiThe hotel I stayed in for two nights in Kuqa, Hilton Garden Inn has a good location, seems to belong to the Kuqa New District, there is a river next to it, and the breakfast restaurant has a nice view.

The room is fully equipped with a microwave and a large bathroom. It should be a newly opened hotel with good facilities; the service is very good, the response speed is fast, and the room is clean; there are fewer fruits for breakfast, which may be related to the number of people staying in the off-season, but the service is very good, the food is delicious, and the noodle stall is full of ingredients. I will stay here next time I come to Kuqa
GGuest UserThis is a newly opened youth hostel. I came here with the mentality of giving it a try. I found that the owner here is very enthusiastic and also knows all about the local things. He knows everything about where to go, where to eat, and where to buy. The hygiene is very meticulous. I often see the owner and the young men and women in the store cleaning the bedrooms themselves. The layout is also very photogenic. It is very close to the attractions. Several popular attractions are just a few hundred meters away. This is a real evaluation. Haha, this place is also suitable for motorcycle friends. The yard is very good for parking. The owner also warmly entertains everyone with fruit from time to time~
CChangyeopThe best hostel in Kuche! Thanks to the friendly service, I was able to check in even though I arrived a little before 2pm, and I was able to communicate with the owner through a translator and eat some cool watermelon. They say you can pick grapes and jujubes at the hostel depending on the season, but I couldn't do it because the time didn't match. It's close to Kuche Wangfu, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, so it's convenient. The bedrooms are clean, and the bathrooms are Western-style, so it's convenient. If I come back next time, I'll choose this place again.
GGuest UserThis stay was a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is very convenient, and taxis are easily available right outside, making it quick and easy to get to attractions and shopping districts.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it incredibly relaxing. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing for a peaceful and restful sleep.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and attentive, and they proactively provided me with nearby taxi spots and local tips, which was a heartwarming touch. Check-out was also smooth and effortless.
Overall, the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I've already recommended it to friends!
TTrNguyenFront desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.
EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.
GGants888The hotel is a little bit old but the room is clean. The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and small supermarkets. Staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple but fine. They even offer free laundry service, which is a big bonus.
The only drawback is the hotel serves a lot of tour groups so it could be loud in the early morning when they check-out. Other than that, the hotel is a value-for-money stay.
GGuest UserThe front desk was very helpful. She typed out for me in Chinese to show DiDi drivers the places I wanted to go. And I could charge my power bank overnight behind the reception while my phone charged next to my bed.
There’s a very long wide balcony boardwalk with city views plus a room to sit and meet people that is covered in Western old movie pictures. The rooms have the usual socket for phone charging by the bed and curtains around the beds for privacy.
It’s a good place to stay.
TTeo Sin DeeThe room is huge especially for 1 person.
Location wise is very near to the train station. I took a cab and it cost 5RMB at 6++in the morning.
I was very grateful that they let me check in at 7am and I managed to get some rest before I hit the town( old city)
Overall, do not put high expectations as this is a rather old hotel but it does serve the purpose if you just want a private room and sleep.
The bed can be a lil hard but I'm too tired to notice.
Like all the other reviewers, there are many eatery downstairs and public bus is available to reach the old city.
Many thanks to both ladies manning the reception.
