Definitely get breakfast; it's really good and you can even choose eggs Benedict. The hotel is very close to Nishitetsu Kurume Station, making it convenient for getting around. The room is also much larger than typical business hotel rooms, which was great for opening up my luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location was quite convenient, with a bus stop right next door. Even though I specified one adult and one child when making the reservation, they still assigned us to a smoking floor. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator, we were hit with a strong smell of smoke, which also permeated our room. It made for a very uncomfortable night. The washing machine was incredibly dirty.

The attitude was absolutely terrible. The cleaning staff lost a necklace that was left on the windowsill, and they refused to compensate or even apologize. The room's Wi-Fi signal was also extremely poor.

The room was a lot bigger than expected and the hotel itself was close to the train station which is really convenient

I spent three nights in a delightful, serene room, which was adorned with a single rose. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I really filled up. Fresh pajamas and towels were provided daily. Having a washing machine and dryer on-site was incredibly helpful. Its central location was incredibly convenient for shopping and for easily accessing trains, taxis, and the airport limousine bus, all within walking distance.

I couldn't find a face towel, only to realize it had fallen on the floor next to the toilet. The bathroom was surprisingly clean with no moldy smell at all, which made this incident even more disappointing. Additionally, entering my address on the touchscreen during check-in was quite a hassle. I had already provided my address when making the reservation, so I found myself thinking, 'Seriously, again?'
