There is lots to like. The location is great, very convenient with free parking, are feels safe, the hotel itself look brand new and even though we were the only guests thanks to French country-wide lockdown, there was still a helpful and friendly member of staff available at any time. Another positive is actually the only issue we had - the self checkin kiosk had some issue on the first attempt, but the receptionist came straight to us to help. As our card was already preauthorised, the management came to us the very next morning (Sunday!!!) to apologise and to investigate, just in a case. Honestly, 5* treatment at price below £50. Also cleanliness and amenities were top-notch. All we needed was a comfortable night sleep and what we received is basically answer on question - where to stay next time when passing by Orleans. The situation is convenient but Campaniles used to be a more up market version of a travel lodge but now they are getting less si. We have always been able to take the dog into the restaurant but here we were told we had to sit outside. This wasn’t mentioned when we booked with a dog. Because of this we only had one course and no drinks as we did not wish to sit outside to eat. Very disappointing

I found this hotel completely by happenstance when departing Orly airport with a rental car and I knew I would stay here again on furniture trips. I took the first exit near Orléans, and found this hotel. I checked in with no foresight at all, and I was very happy to have found it! I was quite surprised to find the kitchenette. It has everything you’d need to cook in for the evening, which I ventured out for food from a nearby grocery store and stayed in, safe and sound in my room, with food to eat. It was great, nice tv, nice quiet room, nice bathroom. The hotel staff are top notch, and have welcomed me every time with my mediocre French. I love this hotel!

Passing for one night for a journey for work Hotel really falling point to sleep 1 night no more rooms are modern certainly, but wet, cold and noisy I took this hotel at the last minute so really at point of The staff remains very welcome. Breakfast is medium and a little cheap. The litter and good without anymore The bathroom is very small. I recommend this hotel to really have a cheap fall point. This is a medium review for a medium hotel that can improve if for example: Soundproofing worked The room heating is reviewed The freshest breakfast Good reading Yoni

The location is a bit off. It's a lot more convenient if you drive a car. The whole is ok, but the breakfast is very average. Maybe we eat it a little later, but it is all at nine o'clock. Even the basic eggs and ham are not supplied. There is a little regret 𪩸😡

We stopped by this hotel to break our long travel and we were not disappointed. We normally opt to stay at Novotels, if possible when we travel just because we know what to expect, comfortable beds, good location, clean rooms. We did get all this but so much more. The service in particular, was impeccable and went above and beyond the expectation. Shirley from the reception was extremely helpful. She was so accommodating with all our questions and she even went out of her way to translate for us when we needed help. She was also very welcoming and pleasant. The decor of the hotel is also a bit different from the standard decor that we see in other novotels, it was classy and cosy at the same time. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area again.
