"The hotel stay was decent. The location is far off from city centre, but at the beach. So its quiet, but calming.
Ordered room service, food was decent, staff were friendly.
Room wasnt kept too well, was dusty at some spots, but generally livable"

"Highly recommended!
1. Early check-in was a huge plus. I arrived as early as 12:30 PM with my toddler in a stroller, not expecting to get our room so soon. To my pleasant surprise, we received the keys immediately and could go straight to our room! 👍🏻 This kind of understanding and flexibility is truly appreciated, as it's rare to find in hotels.
2. The service was incredibly friendly and efficient. Staff were polite, always smiling, and very quick to answer calls for any requests.
3. The room was clean and moderately spacious, with enough room to pray comfortably. A full set of bathing toiletries was provided. However, I wasn't sure if toothbrushes and toothpaste were available upon request, so it's probably best to bring your own.
4. Breakfast was excellent, delicious, and offered a wide variety of options. The rooftop also boasts a beautiful view.
I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Labuan. Top-notch! 👍🏻"

"The location near Milimewah Supermarket & Kopitiam restaurant, but a bit far from terminal ferry. The reception counter old women & old man was friendly & recommended good foods to us. The air con really not cold, no hair dryer, soap given smaller. Hotel quite old, no renovation."

KKVoonHad request an OKU room, i think it is the only OKU room from the hotel, need to inform hotel earlier.
It would be great if hotel can improve or increase more OKU room, had been there for few times and this is the only time i request the OKU room successfully.
If the toilet for OKU, would be suggest to make it spacious because the carer (in my case, is 2 carers) need to move the OKU from point A to point B.
However, hotel service and location is good and definitely will be there again.

Its has this class with so much ease you feel so relaxed with very great service from their staff my first time in Labuan and i am very impressed with their hotel service…lastly i must not forget that its a walking distance to their only shopping center or their financial hub:

WWilson SGProminent building from the sea Port along the coast. The breakfast range and the food taste is average. Water heater is weak whereby you don’t really get warm water during showering. I tried it during the morning and night time.

Banquet and function was well handled and credit to Rachel for running the banquet smoothly.

TTaobaoweilaiTake a boat from Sabah to Labuan Island and choose this hotel that can be reached on foot. The exterior design is beautiful and the name is also high-end, but it may be because of the long history of the hotel, the facilities need to be updated. If I follow my idea, I can make her world-famous.
