T.v was out of signal but besides that, everything else was fantastic. Room was clean, service was top notch, and the stay was unforgettable. Thank you

Love the location to all kinds of restaurants close to where I needed to be

1) We got a room with a balcony because we enjoy sitting outside. Unfortunately we couldn't use it because we were right above the main entrance and people were constantly smoking just below us. Not a good situation for non-smokers. Smoking areas should be AWAY from the general public. Big turn off! 2) The shower: basically impossible to keep the water from dripping on the bathroom floor because of the "OPEN" design of the shower. Whoever designed this obviously never tried using it. 3) Toilet paper: will hotels EVER get this right. Thin, single ply toilet paper is best used in flop houses, not expensive hotels. If the guest uses 3 times as much toilet paper, where is the savings? This is industry wide, so apparently, none of the brass have figured this out yet. Other than that, staff was friendly, safety did not seem to be an issue, A/C worked well, no other complaints.

I didn’t like I have to spend one hour in the lobby because my card wasn’t working to open the door.

Pleasant stay in a spacious apartment suite, good breakfast, accommodating staff easy to highways restaurants shopping etc

I wouldn't say that it's dirty, but there were ants on the window/surrounding area twice. I understand that can happen anywhere, but they had maintenance spray once and then a week later (we were there 3 weeks) the ants slowly started to come back. Just something that shouldn't happen for $259/night if you ask me! The maid was very rude too - she came to the room on two separate occasions and I told her we'd be out in under 10 minutes so she could service the room and she rolled her eyes at me and huffed and puffed. The pool area is pretty decent. Overall it was a good stay and I really liked the size of the suite style room, just something about it for the price rubbed me the wrong way. I would stay here again just maybe not on the first floor!

Very nice place, far from the traffic and bad odors. Clean room and confortable bed. Good breakfast too.

I feel secure here because of the cleanliness. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
